Supporting Port Aransas This Spring

Proud to help our local food bank

Like many cities across the country whose residents are relying on local food banks, Port Aransas’s Helping Hands Food Pantry is meeting more needs than usual during this season of COVID-19 closures.

To assist area residents, who are dealing with an unprecedented shutdown that is especially affecting the service industry, Cinnamon Shore recently donated $10,000 to this local, non-profit food bank. In addition, the Chamber of Port Aransas Foundation matched that gift with its own $10,000 donation.

Just one way we're helping

Our contribution is just one way we're supporting our city. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Cinnamon Shore is following local government orders to temporarily close short-term rentals, remaining closed through at least May 7. Our highest priority is the health and safety of our employees and homeowners who are spending time this spring at Cinnamon Shore. It's our goal to contribute to the overall effort to stop the spread of this disease and welcome everyone back when things reopen across South Texas.

Until then, we're helping with efforts like the food bank and ensuring our small community of Cinnamon Shore remains closed to the public.
