You can spend the day relaxing in the sun, or enjoy activities such as swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, or sandcastle building. If you would like, we can even arrange lessons from the top experts in the area.
	South Dune Crossover Our dune crossover is golf-cart accessible, allowing you to drive your cart right to your spot on the beach.
	Keira’s Pool Just a few steps from the dune walkover, Keira’s Pool features a spacious sunbathing deck, private bathhouses, outdoor cooking, and shaded sitting areas.
	Keira’s Pool Fitness Center Residents and guests can keep up their exercise routines in our comfortable fitness area, complete with state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment. The center even has a large flat-screen television to help keep you entertained while you work out.
	Keira’s Pool Clubhouse Our clubhouse contains a comfortable dining or meeting room complete with a gourmet kitchen, perfectly suited for a dinner party or social gathering.
	Lake Colby Beautiful Lake Colby is a fresh-water body situated next to our Town Center. Here, you can enjoy swimming, fishing, and kayaking in the clean clear waters. While our residents and guests enjoy the lake waters, local and migratory birds also can be found there feeding in the shallows and enjoying the peaceful setting.
	Lake Colby Boardwalk and Fishing Pavilion The lighted boardwalk along Lake Colby is a perfect spot to enjoy the warm Texas sun or a cool evening breeze. If fishing is your thing, you can use the boardwalk and fishing pavilion to try your hand at reeling them in from our stocked fresh water lake.
	Great Lawn The Great Lawn is a gracious full acre of village green for family fun and games, including picnics, outdoor concerts and community movie nights.
	Lake Gavin Like lake Colby, Lake Gavin features fresh water swimming, fishing, and kayaking. It is also a wonderful place to view the birds that Port Aransas and Mustang Island are famous for.
	R & R Lounge Coming this summer! Enjoy gourmet coffee in the morning, ice cream and snacks all day and adult beverages in the afternoon. Located at the north end of our Great Lawn, it’s a great place to relax and watch the kids play on the lawn or in the Dune Pool.
	North Dune Crossover Coming this summer! Our North Crossover will be golf cart accessible and will include an incredible sculpture feature overlooking the Gulf making for an incredible location for family photos and memories of your beach trip to Cinnamon Shore.
