MEMORABLE DINING: We’re looking for fine-dining restaurant concepts worth a drive and for unique, family-friendly eateries that make life fun and easy at the coast. From a steakhouse to a wine bar, from a tapas place to a taqueria, we’re open to any and all ideas for what would work at Cinnamon Shore. No franchises will be considered.

What's Available & When

Some retail spaces are available for lease, and a limited few, for purchase. Unique restaurants and interior design concepts are our first priority, followed by the best ideas for other crowd-pleasing retail and services.

Cinnamon Shore North: Two sites available! Buy the property, build your own building, and start planning a grand opening!

Cinnamon Shore South:  Our new Town Center will have options for restaurants and retail. Applicants should let us know square footage needs as part of their application.

For applications at both North and South, tell us in the form below why the business fits our town and share details of how it will operate. We’re looking to welcome savvy business owners who know their niche and how to run their operation efficiently. They understand that while running an independent venture, there will be many collaborative efforts with Cinnamon Shore and mutual marketing support.
