This condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and stocked with everything we could need. The location was perfect and we can’t wait to return!

Bikini Bottoms is a super cute condo with all the necessities and then some ! We had 3 adults and 3 kids ages 9,3, and 3 and there was plenty of room. Everything was clean and the location is great. We did not have a golf cart and we were able to easily access the beach, pools, restaurants, and the great lawn. Dylan’s pizza is delicious and C Bar Cafe is also excellent . Cinnamon Shores is perfect for families ( there’s always something to do) and we are already looking at dates for next summer !

We loved the updated condo and location. Small annoyance at the condo is the there are not many plugs - only one on the kitchen countertops. Other issue this stay was just that it was dirtier on the grounds than normal. My husband made a pretty big complaint to the front office and things were taken care quickly.

Cinnamon Shores is our only place to stay when we visit Port Aransas. The units are always spotless and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They deliver a golf cart to your door which makes it convenient to get everywhere. This is the first time for us to stay in a condo and it did not disappoint. It felt large and accommodating. Everything was perfect!

This was the perfect home base for us while visiting the beach for 5 days. Plenty of comfortable space to spend time together, as well as storage space to truly unpack our bags for the week. We will be coming back!

Everything was perfect! I love this little community and the condo was great! It was clean and everything worked fine. The one thing I would say is that the master shower water had a weird smell to it, we called and they came to fix it on time, but it wasn’t 100% resolves. Maybe it’s just beach water smell..
One last thing is it wouldn’t hurt to have a pack and play and a high chair for available for use for those traveling with kids.
Other than that, it was the perfect vacation in the perfect place! We will be coming back for sure!

We loved spending 7 days in Bikini Bottoms. The condo was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. We will definitely be staying there again. Cinnamon Shore never disappoints.

Condo was large and roomy. Well equipped and centrally located. Loved the easy access to community events in the town center, beaches and pool. Would definitely stay again.

This place is perfect for a family! It had every type of pan, blender, some extra spices, etc to make cooking very easy. Very comfortable beds and sofa with TV's, wifi, Netflix, etc. Great seating and easy parking.

We had a fantastic stay at Bikini Bottoms! The unit was beautiful, perfectly stocked with everything you could ever need. Cabinets full of board games that we enjoyed playing with my 5 year old!!
We fished every morning and evening right across the street at the stocked pond.
We loved cruising around the community and on the beach in our golf cart. The property is beautiful, welcoming, clean. We went during off season and it was quiet and a perfect time to visit. Beautiful pools, good food, friendly people! We will definitely be back here year after year!

We were very impressed with everything about Bikini Bottoms. It’s a well-maintained unit that literally has everything you might need. There were tons of dishes, a Keurig, popcorn maker, lots of pots and pans, serving dishes, etc. The layout was great for families with kids or for 2 adult groups as there are 2 bedrooms and baths. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit, which makes it easy to keep up with sandy beach towels. There’s also an outdoor shower near the property so you can wash off your feet before coming back in.
Cinnamon Shore staff was also very helpful during our stay, answering my MANY questions.

We had a wonderful time staying at Bikini Bottoms in Cinnamon Shore. Bikini Bottoms had everything we needed as a family of four - property was very well equipped. Short walk or golf cart ride to pools, beach, live music, fishing pond and restaurants. Management was responsive to all our needs.

We loved the condo. There were a lot of mosquitos while we were there so it was difficult to enjoy outside or the pool or the walk to the beach, but we were told it was uncommon to have so many mosquitoes. The location is right next to the ocean and the restaurant was great, too.

We will absolutely return. I had no idea Port Aransas could be so pretty and upscale. It totally changes the experience. I've told many friends how nice it was and most said they plan on coming to Cinnamon Shore!

The condo was very clean. Our kids loved the room. Only two things I wanted to highlight. One of the rooms did not have a TV and I feel there should have been a TV mounted on the wall. Also the community outside grill didn't work. The nozzles are in need of a deep cleaning so we didn't get a great fire for outdoor cooking.

2204 is exactly as pictured. Great appliances - blender, coffee grinder all the comforts of home included. Will definitely come back and stay again. Cinnamon Shores is great, free golf cart shuttles to the beach and fantastic chair and umbrella set-ups. Great place for kids and a wonderful place to enjoy Port A.

Kitchen was perfect. We travel heavy and the kitchen had even those things we forgot! Ninja blender was an added bonus for beach time margaritas :). Linens and beds were very comfortable. Trundle bed was perfect for our 5 yo. Walk to boardwalk to beach and pools was very short (5min) and kids had a great time riding bikes around the property. Sometimes we had a long wait for the grills as one seemed to not be working very well but that was the only small inconvenience during our stay. Was so great to have chairs, umbrellas and golf cart delivered and ready for us to enjoy our beach time. We had a great time. Beautiful condo and beautiful property and experience overall!

Thanks so much for a fantastic family vacation at the beach! We had a great time and it was perfect for our 5 year old. The condo had everything we could have possibly needed. Lots of emails and reminders from the management team regarding onsite activities. They seemed a little overwhelmed in the front office when you stopped by but were always courteous. The dune pool was closed a couple of the days we were there (they were "shocking it") and the last day it was open but it was very murky. Hmmm? We didn't choose to swim there but the Keira's pool was always sparkling so we just went there. Loved the beach umbrellas and chairs we rented. The winds off the water were too much for the flimsy umbrellas we brought from home. Chicken caesar salad from Seaside Cafe was amazing. Ate at Lisabella's one night ... didn't realize you need a reservation so the wait was long. Not so great when you have a tired kiddo. Food was good but not fantastic as we had heard. Price point is a little high for the product. We ate at The Phoenix House restaurant in town and it was amazing. Also tried a couple of other popular spots in town and they were all good. Hope to come back again next summer!
