I took my teenager and six of her friends to Cinnamon Shore and the experience was fantastic for all. The staff booked us in a house that flowed nicely for the group and service at all the pools and in office was great!
This is the fourth time I have booked at this resort and I would say in Texas it is the most ideal and well managed for a family vacation. I look forward to returning again soon.

The location was wonderful. Close to beach and pools. Renting the golf cart was a little expensive but was a great adventure for the kids and allowed us the opportunity to drive along shoreline. Suggestions: please provide more than two pods for dishwasher especially since it’s required to wash the last load before checking out and a cleanser is needed to clean the pots and pans correctly. Pls provide foil and seran wrap for food leftovers especially since it’s a premier rental. Also a few more newer beach towels would be nice.

We had a great experience at both Cinnamon Shore and the property we rented! Cinnamon Shore had excellent amenities for everyone in our multi-generational group. Having services like beach chairs/umbrellas and poolside food/beverage service made everything easy. Onsite restaurants Lisabella's and Dylan's were delicious, and we loved having live entertainment and movies in the evenings. Beautiful lawns and common areas gave young people a place to play. Having a golf cart was fun and is a must for getting to the beach. CS Staff was extremely courteous and helpful.
We selected Coastal Hideaway 230 BE specifically because we had two new babies and it featured a contained first level with 2 bedrooms/1 bath plus living room/kitchenette/laundry. The second and third floors had comfortable bedrooms and full baths so everyone had privacy and could spread out. Be aware that the master bathroom is open to the master bedroom. If you're an early riser or on a different schedule, it's hard not to wake up the other person. Otherwise, the house was exactly what we wanted. It is beautifully decorated and has a lovely view of the canal and pool area. It has a well-appointed kitchen, a working outdoor grill, large dining table, etc. so we were able to have some meals in. We would definitely recommend this property!

My best friend from elementary school came with me to Cinnamon Shore. We both needed some R&R and found it at Cinnamon Shore. The home was beautiful and very clean. We came at the end of April and it is very peaceful at that time of the year. We had the beach almost to ourselves.

Had a great time in the off season at cinnamon shores. Felt like we owned the entire resort. Staff were excellent and facilities were awesome. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great house for large family. We had multiple grown kids with us and there was plenty of space for all. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the evenings grilling on the deck overlooking the lake and Kiera pool. The elevator was a huge bonus for unloading and loading!

This home made for a perfect visit to Cinnamon Shore! The location is ideal, with an amazing view of the lake and a short walk to the pools and beach. We had a wheelchair user in our group, and while the beds were a bit high for an easy transfer, the elevator worked perfectly for access throughout the home. Maintenance provided a ramp for the front steps, so our visit couldn't have been easier. We can't say enough great things about this home a d look forward to a future stay!

We had 3 couples and 3 babies under 1 year old. It was the perfect house. We had babies sleep in travel cribs that were delivered to the house for us, making it very convenient not to have to fly with them. There is a queen bedroom and bunkroom on first floor. queen bedroom on second floor (main floor) and master on the 3rd floor. Nice kitchen, living room and big dining room table perfect to accommodate out group. Nice bathrooms and cool porch overlooking the pond with a table, chairs and two grills. Also very close to beach, could easily walk, but we rented a golf car, making it extra convenient. Great house, highly recommend it.

House was beautiful loved all the decor and the set up of the house. Only thing I would suggest is upgrading the shower head on the master bedroom because it doesn’t have a lot of water pressure. We had an issue with the elevator prior to leaving since it was on the third floor and the door wouldn’t open. Other than that we had a great time! Would Definitely go again.

What a charming family friendly community. My family, including two toddlers, had a wonderful time. When not on the beach, we could ride bikes on friendly sidewalks and common areas. We felt safe and very comfortable with all the amenities offered through the Cinnamon Shores staff. We will return!

Home was perfect for our family of 10 - 3 bedrooms with bunk room for 3 kids and den with pullout couch for 1 teen . Having entrance on first floor with bedroom , bunk room and den was convenient with washer/dryer for this group . Second floor had spacious kitchen with all gadgets and.appliances needed. Would have been nice to have griddle for pancakes . There was a separate ice machine which would have been wonderful if it had worked- had maintenance come but unable to repair. The elevator was a plus for getting everything moved in and out to 2nd and 3rd floors . Wonderful master bedroom on 3rd floor for 70 plus parents celebrating 50th anniversary - nice to have elevator too. We loved the close access to beach with boardwalk and pools. All staff were always helpful and very gracious. Overall this property we rate as 5 stars!

Wonderful experience. Good porch views, especially 2nd and 3rd floor. Like the double washer and dryer setup. Good facilities. Plenty of room throughout. elevator was big benefit especially with our handicapped son.Great location.

We enjoyed our stay at the Coastal Hideaway (#70). The layout worked well for our family. The pros and cons:
PROS:
- The location was good for us.
- The elevator was helpful moving stuff to the upper floors; ice maker is a plus.
- Ample off-street parking across the street.
- Staff was responsive to calls; simple check-in and check-out process; polite.
- Renting chairs/umbrellas made going to the beach easier with kids.
CONS:
- Slow internet speed (10/1) so streaming games/video was challenging.
- One burner on the range would not light.

We had a nice long weekend at Cinnamon Shore and Coastal Hideaway. The layout was perfect from our group of 8 (7 adults, 1 child), although we could have had even more people comfortably. The location is perfect, close to the boardwalks to the beach and pools. The rental staff at CS is very responsive and ready to help. We had a few minor problems with the property. The elevator was not functioning when we arrived, which was inconvenient because this was the time we needed it the most to cart our many supplies to the second floor kitchen. It was fixed, however, by the end of the day. The property was mostly in good shape, however some of the windows would not open at the second floor bedroom due to corrosion and some of the shades were broken. While this might not be an issue most of the year when the weather is hot, we had weather perfect for open windows. The kitchen supplies needed a little attention, especially the lack of cutting board and scary frying pan with disintegrating Teflon. The table out on the second floor deck was also not in very good condition with a lot of flaking, and a screen was ripped. Obviously this is a very harsh climate. But everything else was in decent condition, and it was a very good value. Despite the minor issues, I would likely stay at this property again. Certainly would stay at Cinnamon Shore again, they do a great job! Thanks to all!

We loved our stay at Cinnamon Shores. The house was lovely and clean, beds comfortable, location great. Loved the staff and employees who were cordial and friendly offering rides and to help in any way possible. My only negatives would be that the kitchen was ill equiped to do much cooking, the can opener barely worked, no tongs to cook bacon with (we went out and bought some and left them there), only one cookie sheet, small frying pans, no hand mixer, only one or two large bowels. It wouldn't take much to add a few kitchen items and then I would say it was perfect.
Also you probably need to have a repair man come look at the washer outside the master bedroom. The first time I tried to use it it made a horrible noise on the spin cycle, I had to wring out my clothes and take them downstairs to finish the wash. Loved that they cleaned the beach each day although the seaweed was very bad this year!

What a great place for a couples weekend in Port A to celebrate a 40th birthday! We rent two adjacent homes and there was plenty of room and activities for everyone. Can't wait to go back...next time with the kids.
