Our second year at Cinnamon Shore, with two new families joining us. House was just beautiful, and perfect for three families. Beds were comfortable, blackout shades were great; all furnishings were beautiful and comfy. We loved the location next to the great lawn where our kids spent lots of time playing, and it was central to pools, the social circle and a short walk to the beach. The activities while we were there were a nice bonus (trip happened to fall over Easter, so there were extra activities in addition to concerts, outdoor movies). We also had an adult dinner out at Lisabellas which was fantastic. Our only qualm would be that the internet at the house was spotty (though workable enough that we didn't reach out about it). Our kids asked if we could come back before we even left.

Overall, we had a wonderful time! Our 4 family units all had plenty of room. Gathering space was great! I would say that one of the chairs on the 3rd floor deck was in poor condition. It needs to be fixed or replaced before other renters stay. Otherwise, great vacation!

This was our 5th trip to Cinnamon Shore, and the 3rd time to stay at The Oceanaire. It's our FAVORITE house, and it fits our extended family of 14 perfectly. It's situated on the Great Lawn, across from the Dune Pool, and a block from the Social Circle. We enjoyed Waves Coffee Bar, Dylan's Pizza and Lisabellas! The property is well-maintained and the managers provided excellent service. We highly recommend this home in Cinnamon Shore!

Great place to stay. Very well-constructed and nicely decorated. Furniture in good condition. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen very well-equipped and easy to step into and have what you need. Great views from porches. Well-located on Great Lawn, across the street from pool and 5 minute (not 2) walk to beach. Definitely recommend getting golf cart and beach set-ups; just easier. Beach Towels and toiletries provided. Internet was unreliable but we were warned. Phone hot spots worked fine as did TVs. Easy, pleasant and warm welcome and easy checkout. Off-season on property facilities (general store and ice cream truck) somewhat limited but not a deterrent.

Oceanaire was a great house for our annual family trip. We had 8 adults and 3 children. The kitchen is large enough to move around with plenty of storage for everything we brought for snacks/meals. I was a bit surprised there were no seasonings provided. The last 2 houses we stayed in had all of the seasonings at the house. So I was not prepared this year when I did not bring any. I do wish it was the same across the board for all of the houses. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were also very nice. The location is perfect for going to the beach or the large pool. When we arrived there was no handle for one of the showers. I called the office and they had maintenance come look at it. They had to come back with a part, but they did get it fixed. Overall, I would say we would rent this house again next year due to the location and having a great kitchen layout.

Oceanaire 196 was perfect for our family. The location was ideal. We could walk to the shops and restaurants, pool and the grandkids enjoyed the great lawn. The house was beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed.

The house was perfect and so well equipped with EVERYTHING we needed! The location was great with all the pools close and the great lawn just in front of the house! There was always plenty of ice, which has been a problem with other places we stayed and we love us some ice:) We will always consider this house for further stays! Thank you

Can't call it a reunion because this is the first time we have been able to gather up most of our kids and grand kids for extended family time together. The Oceanaire at CS was the perfect setting for this experience. There were 14 of us. 8 adults and 6 kids from ages 2 1/2 to 15. The size of the house gave us plenty of room and the proximity to the beach, pools and activities was perfect! Smores night on the great lawn right outside our door was a big hit! Evenings on the top deck were lovely.
Only problem was little ones who normally sleep in cribs. They were too big for pack and plays and rooms don't allow much space for a full crib. We brought a rail to attach to one of the lower bunks for one of the families and the other family brought a blow up boat type mattress that fit in their room for their 3 year old.
It was a great time with lots of wonderful memories! Hope we can do it again!

We had a lovely stay! The home was well equipped (kitchen, beach towels, cleaning products) and the beds were super comfortable. The location is great because it’s right off the great lawn, across from the gym and main pool and a short walk to the beach.

This was the perfect spot for our family to gather to celebrate a milestone birthday. We enjoyed getting multiple generations together. The house furnishings were beautiful and the kitchen space was wonderful for cooking meal together.

We were very very pleased with the property. There were 3 families, we were all so comfortable, had a great time and will definitely book again if we can.
The home included all the comforts imaginable (the ice machine was a huge bonus!). Our ONLY tiny inconvenience was the lack of spices for cooking, not even salt or pepper, all other condos/homes have had the bare minimum. We visited during spring break at the start of the Covid 19 concerns, so the grocery stores were tapped out of a lot of things, spices included. BUT that wouldn't deter us from returning, we'll just pack spices next time.
All the stars because it was located perfectly, absolutely beautiful and very comfortable for our 3 families with tons of kids!!

We had a wonderful time with our family. The house is very spacious and my husband and I love the loft for reading and quiet. We have been staying at Cinnamon Shore for at least seven years. The grandchildren love all the events offered to them and the proximity to the beach.

We have stayed in Oceanaire four years running, always a great family vacation. The house is ideally situated for the pool, the beach, and the lawn right in front. Already have a reservation for 2020.

My family (12 total) recently stayed in this beautiful home and it was extremely comfortable for all 12 of us. The home is wonderfully stocked with everything you need. The location is perfect..walk across the street to the pool, walk just down the street to the beach and the great lawn is literally your front yard. Perfect for kids! The layout of the house is fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed most of our meals outside on the decks and many of us enjoyed the 3rd floor deck very much. We will definitely book this rental again!

This is or 2nd time to stay in this house and absolutely love it. Only negative was construction around property seemed more than normal. It concerned me with the little kids riding their bikes etc.

Such a beautiful house and decorated perfectly. Our whole family has been coming to Cinnamon Shore for 5 years and while all the beach houses have been beautiful, this one topped the cake. It is walking distance to pools, ponds and the boardwalk. The kids really enjoyed the big lawn for games of kickball and s'mores. We had one negative issue. One evening the fire alarm went off, It took quite a while to find the source of the problem, which was a leak in the ice machine. Other than those few stressful hours, we all enjoyed our stay.

This home is absolutely perfect for a family gathering. Grandchildren were able to simply walk out the door to play on the beautiful lawn. Luxurious linens and cozy furnishings. Not a single detail missed on this home. Cinnamon Shores did a great job planning fun family activities for the Easter week.

We got married in Corpus in 1975 so decided to relive some of those memories with our children and grandchildren. Visited the actual spots and then headed to Cinnamon Shores for a few days. It was a magical trip! The house at Cinnamon was gorgeous and completely equipped - which says a lot since I am a committed foodie. It had everything and everything was in pristine condition. The beach was clean. Can't wait to go back.

Gorgeous and luxuriously furnished, incredibly comfortable home. Great location and enough space for everyone to spread out and relax. We did submit a help request on using the sound system in the home, but the office never responded. It was a minor disappointment during an otherwise amazing experience. We can't wait to return!
