EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT AND MAGICAL. THE STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. THE PROPERTY IS GORGEOUS, CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL. THE ROOMS WERE EXACTLY AS THE PICTURES SHOW. VERY CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS. I HAVE ZERO COMPLAINTS. FROM THE MOMENT WE STEPPED FOOT ON THE PROPERTY TO THE MOMENT WE LEFT EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT. WE RENTED SEVERAL PROPERTIES FOR THE WEDDING AND WEDDING PARTY. NOT ONE PROBLEM WHILE WE WERE HERE. I RECOMMEND CINNAMON SHORES FOR ANYTHING VACATION, GET AWAY OR EVENT YOU HAVE COMING UP. OH AND THE BEACH WAS JUST PERFECT. SHORE LINE WAS CLEAN AND WELL KEPT.

This was the perfect condo and space for my family of four. The King bed was very comfy. The kitchen had all the essentials for us to make some of our own meal. We enjoyed the beautiful decor and 2 balconies! We want to come back every year!

We absolutely loved our stay at Cinnamon Shore! This condo is bright, clean, beachy and all you need for a fantastic trip. Our ONLY constructive feedback is that the elevator and stairs are extremely warm and muggy. There’s an AC control out there but it doesn’t appear to be functioning so every time anyone needed to go up or down they were drenched in sweat after —- especially when “moving in” and “moving out”. The condo itself was fantastic though!

Wonderful time. Walked the beach and rode the cart. There was a lot of washed up plastic containers and we were wondering it’s source. But, overall, the beach was great. We had some problems with the a/c not cooling but the maintenance crew came and did a great fix. Also, the ice maker was not working but, once again, the crew brought us bags of ice and all was well.

First time to stay at Cinnamon Shore and could not have been more pleased. From the moment we checked in where we were greeted with smiling faces to the day we checked out everything was first class. The staff at the pool, the pizza place and even Lisabellas were all fantastic. The condo, "So Long TC" was just perfect for two. We will be back.

EXCELLENT. "ONE STOP SHOP" AT CINNAMON SHORES. BEAUTIFUL COMPLEX...BEST ON THE BEACH (AND OFF THE BEACH) WITH THEIR FIRST CLASS FACILITIES. TC 10305(SO LONG) WAS VERY CLEAN AND WELL FURNISHED. ALL APPLIANCES WELL STOCKED...THE NON-STICK PANS JUST A LITTLE SITCKY. REFRIGERATOR ICE MAKER DID NOT WORK, BUT THE OWNERS PUT A COUNTERTOP MAKER IN PLACE AND IT MADE PLENTY OF ICE DURING OUR STAY.. FRONT DECK DID OFFER A VIEW OF THE GULF...DOWN THE BLVD...BUT NICE TO SEE IT FROM THE CONDO.

Everything was great! If had to request anything it would be updated pots & pans to cook with. The cookie sheet was a bit warm & was developing rust on it. Also since there is only 1 bathroom a full size mirror in the bedroom would be great! I would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at Cinnamon Shore! It's an upscale resort, but still feels approachable and comfortable. There was so much to do with our kids - yard games, pool, outdoor movie nights, live music, and the beach, of course. Property was excellent - clean, had everything we needed, great location right by the resort circle making it so easy to walk down to the action. We'd love to come back!

Our favorite aspect of this condo was the excellent location. Right next to the main pavilion area, views of the ocean, and a few houses down from one of the pools. We loved sitting on the balcony to listen to the live music after kids were in bed and enjoyed the beautiful interior decor of the condo. We were surprised at how tall the top bunk was and were nervous to put our 5 yr old up there in case she fell. It would be better suited for an older child. The ice maker on the freezer wasn’t working and our maintenance request either didn’t go through properly or was unaddressed (I think this was user error on my part! :)) Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved everything about our rental. It was the perfect size for our young family and the decor was beautiful! If possible we will look to stay at SoLong when we come to Cinnamon Shore again next year.
