Cinnamon Shore is Expanding, Despite Hurricane Harvey

When Hurricane Harvey hit Texas on August 25th, 2017, it devastated the Texas coastline.

Fortunately, our team at Cinnamon Shore has pushed forward and we are actively taking steps to expand our community. Jeff Lamkin, CEO of Sea Oats Group, was recently quoted in a Builder article where he said, “Despite Hurricane Harvey, Cinnamon Shore’s sales exceeded all expectations...Buyers recognize there’s no other community like Cinnamon Shore on the Texas Gulf Coast, and they continue to flock to it.” When buyers purchase a Cinnamon Shore home, they see “a healthy return on investment of 7-20% annually. We offer not only a highly desirable lifestyle, but an excellent investment.”

This year, Cinnamon Shore will be adding two new town centers and a second community. We’re excited about our expansion efforts and we can’t wait to welcome new faces to The Shore.
