A study from a SoCal tourism board found that families only spend just 37 minutes of quality time together on weekdays. Of the 2,000 surveyed, 60% of those with school-age kids say life is “hectic.”

Cinnamon Shore offers activities and special events throughout the year that make family time special. From Spring Break family fun to Mother's Day weekend activities, from Memorial Day Weekend's summer kickoff through our 4th of July golf cart parade, the holidays are always special. We facilitate family fun! You can rent bikes and golf carts on site! Book a beach bonfire and s'mores for your family, with your own personal concierge to set up the fire and keep it stoked all evening!  And whether you cast a line from the fishing dock at Colby Lake or charter a fishing boat from the Port A wharf, there's something for all anglers in your group.

Rental Homes Built For Families

So many of the homes at Cinnamon Shore offer accommodations tailored for multi-generation families, with elevators that make it easy to navigate multi-story homes; young families, with guest rooms that have a queen or king bed and in-room bunks or nearby bunk rooms; and families with teens who long for separate dens or living space where they can hang out and find the have the high-tech options they gravitate for gaming, movies, and music. At the same time, secondary living spaces give couples or kids alternatives for quieter moments or TV time watching something different from the group.

Pet-Friendly Rentals

For many, the family isn't complete without bringing along Fido! Cinnamon Shore offers a selection of pet-friendly vacation rentals, and a Dog Park within the community makes a fun destination to walk to when you stay with us. There's even a dog wash in the park to rinse those sandy paws. You'll see dogs riding in golf carts and enjoying the broad beach front on leashes as they stroll with their owners.
