The final condo building at Cinnamon Shore North completes Social Circle, which surrounds the village’s vibrant Town Center.
Four of 12 residences at 8 Town Center are taken, but eight will be made available to buyers. Built with hurricane-proofing techniques and with an innovative material call Hebel, the four-story residential building will feature well-designed condos with two, three and four bedrooms; porches front and back; and access to all the amenities at North.

Established in 2007, Cinnamon Shore introduced New Urban principles of architecture and design to the Texas Coast, instantly setting itself apart as a new type of walkable, Gulf-side community in the Lone Star State. Today, its master plan is complete at the first village, now known as Cinnamon Shore North. “It’s truly become a vibrant beachside town, realizing the developer’s original vision,” Jodi says.
South broke ground in fall of 2018, and after just three and a half years, it released its final phase of homesites in May 2022, selling 40-plus homesites in one day. With 150, Gulf-side acres, South is almost four times as large as the original village, but it has experienced explosive growth.
