Todd will join us at Cinnamon Shore the night of the auction. He founded Dakota Shy with an eye toward high-quality, small-batch production. The Minot, North Dakota, native has lived in Napa since 2002, where he had a strong interest in restaurants, food, and wine.
Upon realizing the local vineyard culture mirrored the farm community lifestyle and values he grew up with in North Dakota, he dedicated himself to pursuing operating his own label with passion. Working with winemaker, business partner, and friend Tom Garrett, Todd leads a team of experts growing Cabernet grapes and producing fine wines.
Accolades from national magazines and high ratings define the carefully cultivated bottles that emerge from Dakota Shy's collection of vineyards.
