Honoring Cinnamon Shore Staffers Who Served
Watch a trio of Cinnamon Shore staffers share how their time in the three different branches of the U.S. military prepared them for a careers in service and leadership.

Keith Minick, The U.S. Marine Corps
With 7 years of service in The U.S. Marine Corps, Cinnamon Shore President Keith Minick shares how formative and transformative his time in the service was. "All of my time in the military shaped who I am today," he says, noting that the Corps' emphasis on honor, couage, and commitment.
"..It set a great foundation for leading others.and also for leading yourself and knowing who you are," he says.
Adrian Osornia, U.S. Air Force
Housekeeping Manager Adrian Osornio watched his mother work hard cleaning rooms in hotels before joining the U.S. Army at 18. His Air Force squadron served Meals Ready to Eat and prepped tent during wartime conditions, teaching leadership and discipline that he has carried into his career in the service and hospitality industry.
"...[E]ver since I’ve been in the hospitality service-related hospitality..grateful, you know, that we live in such a great country," Adrian says. Cinnamon Shore benefits from his dedication to serving others.
Jarad Wallace, U.S. Army
A golf cart mechanic at Cinnamon Shore's on-site partner Mustang Island Adventures, Jarad Wallace joined the U.S. Army after Hurricane Harvey destroyed his home. There he found purpose and joy working on the trucks that transported soldiers where they needed to be, spending five years in service.
Today, with his skills and devotion to proper maintenance and repair, he ensures guests and homeowners at Cinnamon Shore have a smooth ride in the carts they reserve for vacations with their families. "I absolutely love it here," he says.
Grateful Every Day
Today and every day, Cinnamon Shore appreciates employees who honed skills and gained experience by giving to country and fellow citizens. And on Veterans Day we salute them and everyone who served.
