Understanding Construction Hours

Following established guidelines

As our community continues to grow, construction signals exciting growth, but we understand it can be a bit disruptive.

We've established firm guidelines for our building partners and their crews to help maintain coastal charm and construction-free time during your beach vacation.

If you notice any activity or behavior that isn't in line with these rules, please alert the Courtesy Patrol, operated by our Community Owner Association, at (361) 677-1514.

Construction Hours 

• 8 a.m. – 6 p.m., Monday through Friday 
• AT NORTH: No work on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. 
• AT SOUTH: No work on Sundays or holidays.
• No work is allowed without prior approval

General Guidelines for Job Sites

 We've asked our building partners to share these rules with construction teams.

• No loud or offensive music or language 
• Shirts must be worn at all times 
• No alcohol or drugs on property 
• Keep job sites and streets clean – pick up trash and sweep daily 
• Park only in designated areas (no overnight parking of trailers or contractor vehicles) 
• Always yield to pedestrians and golf carts
