Cinnamon Shore held its Best in Texas Coastal Home Tour from June 27 to July 5, 2026, featuring "Prince Charming" at 120 Charming Lane. This gulf-front residence offers uninterrupted views and represents the very best in building techniques and interior design.
Hosted during the community's Red, White, and Beach celebration of America's 250th, "Prince Charming" opened its doors and offered an inside look at the architecture, craftsmanship and interiors shaping the future of Gulf Coast living.
Design Ideas & Inspiration
The tour brought together a respected trio, with a home plan by Davies Collaborative of Austin, Texas, craftsmanship by Waggoner Custom Homes of Port Aransas, Texas, and interiors by Tracery Interiors of Florida's celebrated 30A corridor.

A Public Tour during America's 250th
Beyond the home itself, the tour week coincided with daily summer activities and "Red, White, and Beach" Fourth of July celebrations, where guests enjoyed holiday programming from beachside festivities and live music to dining experiences across the community's restaurants and gathering spaces.
Along with vacation home guests and Cinnamon homeowners, the tour was open to the public, a rare chance for anyone interested in coastal construction and design to come away with valuable insights. "Whether you're visiting the area for the holiday weekend or planning a future stay at Cinnamon Shore or home purchase, we invite you to step inside this Gulf-front masterpiece and experience one of the most dynamic times of year on the Texas coast," Peters said.
Ticket Proceeds Supported Local Non-Profits
Tickets were available for purchase on site during the tour for $10 each, with proceeds benefiting local non-profits including Agape Ranch, a Corpus Christi, Texas, organization that supports South Texas foster children and foster families, and the Amos Rehabilitation Keep, or ARK, which rehabilitates marine turtles and marine birds from the coastal zone of Mustang Island and St. Joseph Island.
