Spend Springtime at the Shore
Spring Break spans multiple weeks in March, with daily family activities running at Cinnamon Shore. Choose the right cottage, condo, or beach home for your crew—then choose your activity. From sandcastle building lessons to live music at North Town Center, there’s plenty of family fun to punctuate your days between stretches at the beach and pool.
Our Signature Event, Easter Weekend, March 26-28, 2027, swiftly follows. With egg hunts for kids in different age groups, a traditional outdoor sunrise service, and even a Pups and Prosecco event to include pets, it’s a tradition for many of our homeowner families and guests.
Texas SandFest brings crowds to marvel at sand sculptures carved by the masters, with live music, food, and more. Cinnamon Shore makes a great place to decamp from the busy beachfront event near downtown, set for April 16-18, 2027.
When Mother’s Day arrives, we do all we can to make the spring weekend special for moms and to offer a beachside space where you can gather during blissful shoulder-season weather.
Reserve for Summer Early
From Memorial Day through Labor Day, summer brings peak-season fun—and many reserve their homes well in advance.

From a Father’s Day Weekend cookout to Fourth of July’s Bike Parade and Independence Day Festival, we provide the entertainment, while the beach offers its simple joys.
“The kids spent hours discovering tiny treasures in the sand, chasing waves, and laughing in the kind of carefree way you wish you could freeze in time,” Lama C. added in her photo content entry. “Cinnamon Shore gave us the sweetest slice of summer…grateful for these little moments that feel so big!”
