Fall Fest

Fall Fest is a weekend of autumn fun at Cinnamon Shore North, with live music, a movie under the stars, family activities, seasonal photo spots, and time together with friends and neighbors. Everyone is welcome at North Town Center and our Great Lawn; this does not include pools or fitness centers. It is built for all ages, with an outdoor movie on Friday, a kids’ and teens’ glow party on Saturday, and live music, games, and crafts throughout the weekend.

Fall Fest is free to attend, and no ticket is required for general admission. Some workshops and activities have an additional fee, and space and supplies may be limited. Please check the event itinerary for anything with a separate cost and its sign-up details.

Fall Fest takes place at Cinnamon Shore North. You may use any Cinnamon Shore North entrance, though Market Street offers the most direct route to the festivities. Parking is limited, so arrive early and check signs before leaving your vehicle. Do not park in numbered spaces or spaces marked with cones or reserved signs. Public spaces near retail and along community streets may be available.

Places to look for parking include:

• The empty lot at Market Street and Cinnamon Street
• Bronco Street and Wild Horse Lane
• Social Circle, Gulf Road, Bent Grass, Grand Boulevard, and Seaside Drive
• Gulf Beach Road, via the new Beach Access Road. A beach parking permit is required; cross the boardwalk on foot to enter Cinnamon Shore.

Golf carts are welcome for getting around the community; please follow posted signs and keep access routes clear. Accessible parking is available, but there will be no festival shuttle. Cinnamon Shore North is walkable, and arriving early gives you the best chance of finding a space close to the festivities.

Fall Fest is an outdoor event. Weather may require us to change or cancel activities to protect guests, performers, vendors, and equipment. Please check Cinnamon Shore’s event updates on our social media pages before heading over if the forecast looks uncertain.

Dining options at Cinnamon Shore include Dylan’s Pizzeria, Shore Cafe, Tiki Jay’s, Lisabella’s Bistro, and Stouts at the Shore. Lisabella’s and Stouts may require reservations.

An outdoor bar will also be available in Town Center on Friday and Saturday evenings. Dining spots can get busy, so consider making a reservation or bringing snacks or drinks for anyone who may need to eat sooner. Outside food and drinks are welcome in the event space.

Please bring a lawn chair or beach blanket. Lawn seating is limited, so a chair or blanket makes the live music and outdoor movie more comfortable, and beach blankets are especially handy for families. For movie night, add anything else that makes your evening comfortable. Snacks and drinks are welcome.

Look for themed photo spots at Town Center and the Great Lawn, along with our Lil’ Pumpkin Patch. The pumpkins are part of the Fall Fest decor and are not available for purchase, but you are welcome to take photos with them, so tag Cinnamon Shore when you share.

While supplies last, guests can decorate a pumpkin, customize a pair of Flower Power Sunnies, and create a seashell keepsake. You can also play cornhole, bucket pong, pumpkin tic-tac-toe, and pumpkin bowling.

The petting zoo features bunnies, ducks, chickens, and two mini horses at a kissing booth, where guests can meet the animals and take photos. Later, gather on the Great Lawn for a special moment as a Cinnamon Shore team member opens a box of more than 100 butterflies and they take flight, a lovely one to capture on camera.

The Haute Dogs pet fashion show is open to the public. Bring your dog to sign up before 11 a.m. if you’d like to walk the runway. Cinnamon Couture is a women’s fashion show featuring looks from Cinnamon Shore and local boutiques.

Pumpkins and Pilates starts Saturday with a Pilates class led by our friends at LŪMA. Bring a yoga mat or towel, a water bottle, and something comfortable to move in; fall-themed workout attire is encouraged. After class, stop by Elizabeth’s Lattes pop-up for a seasonal drink.

Sips and Brims is a custom cowgirl hat workshop with Salt and Sage Co. Create a hat to wear to the evening concert while enjoying a glass of wine from Shore Cafe, included with your hat purchase. Advance sign-up is required. Sign Up for Sips and Brims →

Harvest Hangout is Saturday’s kids’ and teens’ area, with crafts, games, face painting, glitter, a hayride, and an LED glow party. There will also be a hula-hooping contest and entertainment from DJ Eric and the JonMikael Mrez Band. Bring a chair or beach blanket if you’d like a place to sit on the lawn.
