At this festive weekend, you can:
-Watch master sand sculptors put on a show and marvel at their creations! Enjoy the work of Master Duo Sculptors, Master Solo Sculptors, and Semi-Pro Sculptors.
-Enter the amateur contest and show-off your own sand castle-building skills. Families at Cinnamon Shore have won awards in the past for their creations!
-Enjoy music, food trucks, kids' activities, and shopping!
What is Texas SandFest?
Port Aransas is home to the largest, native-sand sculpture competition in the United States. First a small, local competition back in 1997, the event has become an internationally recognized, three-day, family event that attracts renowned sand sculptors and tens of thousands of international visitors each year! The event benefits the community by raising funds for local charities and scholarships for high school students.
Where is SandFest?
SandFest is on the beach between mile markers 9 and 13.
North Entrance: On the beach at Sandcastle Drive (marker 8). South Entrance: Near Beach Access Road 1A (marker 18)
TICKET INFO
Three-day wristbands are available at each entrance and serve as your ticket to the masters gallery, music tent, and more. Cash only. Not sold in advance. No one-day tickets available.
Adults (ages 13 and up): $30; Kids 6-12: $5; Kids 5 and under: Free. Purchase tickets HERE.
