New American Cuisine

From San Antonio-based Restaurateur Jason Stout, this beautiful new eatery features an eclectic mix of traditional American and international flavors and styles.

Starters range from Garlic and Rosemary Focaccia, Steamed Mussels, and Oysters Rockefeller to a Signature Meatball featuring a blend of veal, pork and beef with house-made marinara.

Entrees include the Tristan Filet, 6 ounces of mouthwatering wagyu tenderloin, Red Drum Risotto, and Lobster Ravioli. We can’t wait to say, “See you at Stout’s!”

Gorgeous Interiors

: For coastal dinners to remember, interior designer Paige Schnell of Tracery Interiors selected green, marbled bar top; green tile; and wallpaper in handsome patterns. A bistro-like mirrored reflects good times and great food.

● Soup of the Week

● Garlic and Rosemary Focaccia Bread with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and Italian seasoning

● Steamed Mussels with white wine, onions, garlic, parsley, red chili flakes, and toasted bread

● Oysters Rockefeller - spinach and Parmesan cream sauce, toasted panko, charred lemon

● Arancini - Stuffed risotto, coated in breadcrumbs and deep fried

● Signature Meatball - 25/25/50 ground veal, pork, and beef, house marinara, Parmesan, garlic bread stick

● Crispy Calamari - buffalo spiced batter, breaded jalapeño, served dill gremolata mayo, and house marinara

● Garlic Butter Shrimp scampi  - jumbo shrimp, white wine, red pepper flakes, lemon, chopped parsley served with ciabatta bread

● Lobster Bisque - creamy lobster broth, buttery lobster meat, crème fraiche served with lobster grilled cheese

● Caesar Salad - romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, shaved Parmesan, house croutons

● Strawberry and Goat Cheese Salad - mixed green, sliced pears, toasted almonds, balsamic vinaigrette

● Chilean Sea Bass - bacon and shrimp risotto, broccolini, red pepper and lemon vinaigrette

● Tristan Filet - 6 oz wagyu tenderloin, fingerling potatoes, grilled asparagus, herb butter topped with chimichurri sauce
