This condo was very nice and clean. It was conveniently located on the circle but was still very quiet. We were here with our daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren. The space is cozy, but comfortable. Renting a golf cart was helpful for getting to the pools and the beach, and the kids loved it. We ate at both restaurants and the food was excellent! Every employee we encountered was super helpful and courteous. From the umbrella/chair rental employees to the woman serving ice cream at the food cart, all seemed interested in providing an enjoyable experience. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back.

Everything about this condo was pretty much amazing!!! Location and how well kept the condo was, exceptional!! People kept parking in our assigned spots and we’d call to report and it was over an hours time before the people actually moved. No parking cones would be nice!! The live music made the nights magical!

Everything was wonderful! The location and easy access to the beach were great! Because of it being off-season, it wasn’t crowded at all. With that being said, the only negative was that the few places they have to eat were closed a couple days or closed early which was inconvenient. Overall, we would definitely go back!

Wonderful location right in the heart of the circle. It was peaceful and convenient to be so close to Dylan’s and live music. Renting a golf cart is a must to get to and from the beach in a snap. If you’re looking for a smaller rental than a full house this is perfect; it still has plenty of space!

Overall we had a great stay at Blue Marlin TC. The location is excellent (right across from the circle, and a quick golf cart ride to the beach). We made use of the grill behind the unit, and were happy to have a washer/dryer in the unit.

This is our 4th year visiting and this time we chose the Blue Marlin! We loved the decor and the floor plan. The kitchen is equipped with high end appliances and beautiful china from Pottery Barn and William Sonoma. My only suggestion is to install curtains on the main bedroom, at night there is a lot of lights coming from the street, so it would be nicer to make the room darker.
The water pressure at Cinnamon Shore is a real issue! We have stayed in several condos and the problem is the same! I suggest to come up with a plan and fix it.
We had a wonderful and relaxing time! Thank you so much for accepting our puppies! See you next year!

The Blue Marlin is a must! This condo was so incredibly comfortable for my husband and I, our daughter and her three children one being an infant. The the other two 5 and 4 had endless things to keep them and us busy. Renting the golf cart is a must. The ability to load up from the condo to the beach and drive on the beach was such a plus. We were there for 5 days and did not leave the property the first four days. There are three pools, one with a restaurant and one other with a great playground and dog park. The restaurants on the property are all so good. The movie nights were a big hit with the littles in the evening. We had heard of Cinnamon shores from a friend and really had no idea what to expect. We will be back very soon. My husband golfed up the road from the resort so there was just something for everyone. The beach water was warm and shallow so we were comfortable with the kids in the water without being too hands on. The Staff at the resort are remarkable and friendly and made this stay fantastic.

The condo was very clean, had ample supplies (kitchenware, towels, etc) and convenient parking. We traveled with 2 kids and it was very easy and comfortable. Highly recommend for a small family.

This condo is the perfect location on the property! The bedroom set up is great and the huge kitchen perfect for hanging out and cooking! A suggestion for the owner is to take out the excess in the kitchen and bedrooms. Every single drawer, cabinet, and shelf in the kitchen had something in/on them! Too many glasses, towels, decorations, etc taking up space. We had to consolidate drawers just to have a place to put our food and supplies. The 2nd bedroom also had 15-20 decorative pillows which we had to stack on the floor and maneuver around. The antique dressers are cute but hard to open and one was full of quilts which again we had to move elsewhere so we could put our clothes in there. The master bedroom mattress sank in the middle as well. Overall the good outweighed the bad, and we would stay in this condo again!

We recently stayed at the Blue Marlin for the second time! The unit is very clean and had everything we needed. We also like the ease of the location. First floor makes easy access to and from the car or golf cart. Perfect size for just our family. TV's are confusing to work but other than that we've enjoyed this property. We could also fit all 4 of our kids easily in the second bedroom which it makes it a win for us without breaking the bank, and a great place to get away but still be isolated.

The Blue Marlin is the cutest little beach condo! We had a lovely stay and the condo was well-appointed with everything we needed. I loved the location- we were close to a couple restaurants and could enjoy live music from our porch in the evenings while our toddler snoozed inside. Our vacation got a 10/10 rating from the whole family, and we can't wait to come back.

We’ve rented this condo a couple of times because we bring our dogs with us and this unit is pet friendly. The condo is in a great location, always clean and well stocked. We look forward to returning.

Decorated very beachy and adorable. The place was clean, the kitchen was stocked very well and bathrooms had plenty of towels. We would definitely stay here again but as everything in Cinnamon Shore, it’s very pricey.

We had a wonderful vacation in a beautiful, we stocked condo. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. Our only complaint was the inability to reach the office number. Always a busy signal. We were unable to get transportation to the beach which was promised in our description. Other than that, it was wonderful!

The condo was ideal for us...2 adults and 2 teenagers. We had great separation from them, yet were close enough to know what was going on...wink, wink! The location was very good too and despite the large number of people at the resort, it was very quiet for us. We slept well in the beds and had plenty of hot water. The decor was cute, the furniture was comfortable, the kitchen set up was nice too as we used the table for a puzzle and the bar to eat. We had a couple of issues along the way, but management took care of everything, quickly, professionally and compensatingly.
We felt right at home and would have loved to stay for longer! I would highly recommend this unit and we hope to book here again very soon!

Cinnamon Shores is a great property. Pools. Restaurants. People. Beach. All excellent. The Vonda was very nice. Great location on first floor.
Only a couple negatives. Extremely minimalist in what is provided in the kitchen. No kitchen towels. No cooking oil. No salt and pepper.

The Blue Marlin was perfect for our family. The first floor access was ideal for walking back and forth from the nightly July 4th activities and potty breaks for our two littles along with drink refills for Mommy and Daddy. We really enjoyed our stay. We will stay here again!

Everything was perfect. I would suggest bringing a stool if you have younger children. The counters are high and my kids are little enough they need their stool to brush their teeth, wash hands, etc.. Having the laundry on site was great help. The location is far enough from the beach that if you have little ones, I would suggest definitely renting a golf cart. My kids loved the golf cart best of all. Also, if you like being on the beach and camp fires, we brought our own shovel and fire wood... Cinnamon Shores will dig your hole though if you forget or are flying in. Even though we rented a Cabana for the beach, if the weather is too windy or the tide is too high, you will only get an umbrella. Because we were their Memorial Day, we were surprised that one of the days we did not get an umbrella because there were not enough to go around. Was not a big deal for us, they comped us some money and we were fine. Just be aware, when dealing with the beach, you may not get exactly what you expect as Mother Nature sometimes has her own plans. Pools were beautiful. Unfortunately, some people don't like to pick up after themselves and after a long day, trash did accumulate in and around the pool. Since it was the first weekend for Cinnamon Shores, I am sure they will have more staff to clean up after the people who can't manage to walk 5 steps to a garbage can. Also, pool side dining is limited and there is not a bar, so make sure, if you are planning on a nice adult beverage by the pool, bring your own. They are working on their liquor license. I honestly have no complaints at all about our stay. The property is beautiful and well maintained. This property was right across from the town center where the live music was and lots of games and activities for the kids. Music was not too loud and over by 10pm so don't be concerned about the location. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

We alway look froward to our trip back to Cinnamon Shores. Our condo was clean and perfect for us since the grand kids wouldn't leave home without their dog. The beach this year was better than ever and the snow cone hut was a big hit. Looking forward to next year.

The condo exceeded our expectations! Our kids loved the bunk beds and their own connecting bathroom. The kitchen is beautiful! The living area is nice and decorated nicely to fit the theme. My husband and I appreciated being on the first floor and having our parking spaces conveniently located not too far from the front porch.

Our condo was clean, but the couch was very worn and appeared dingy. The dining room table was hard to clean and collected food and dirt. Our big concern was the bunk beds. The top bunk was not attached to the wall or lower bunk. They were simply stacked on top of each other and shook badly! We would have been very concerned for our kids safety if had kids sleeping on lower and upper beds.
Overall, the main fence of the property was nice, but you can tell that rusted hinges needed to be replaced and some paint on the buildings was worn - hope that these are maintained better in the future from the harsh elements!

We love staying at Cinnamon Shore. It our 3rd year in a row. The condo was good. Great location on the property. Nice to have 1st floor. Good layout with plenty of space in kitchen, dining room and living room.
Master bedroom is a little tight for space. Queen bed is adequate for comfortable. Twin beds are slightly uncomfortable. Limited kitchen supplies. If you are looking to cook a lot while here, definitely being some of your own utensils. We were consistently washing and didn't have enough pots/ pans for some meals.

Nothing but great things to say about this stay. Would definitely rent this unit again. It is an end unit that was perfectly situated and quiet. It is completely gorgeous inside as the pictures show. It was stocked with whatever you need. It also has a full size washer and dryer. It was located near the side of the beach that was quieter which was great for our 2 dogs to run around. I highly recommend this unit - a true gem.m

This was our first time staying at Cinnamon Shores. We are a family of five, with three small children (under 6), this was a perfect place for us. The condo was beautiful, clean and perfect location. The pools were well kept and golf cart rentals were a great plus for the beach! The staff was kind and very quick with anything we needed or called about. We stayed here with our 4 kids and it was perfect. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was nice to be able to cook our own meals. We have stayed at other properties at Cin Shores and they have all been wonderful. We will definitely be back!

If I could request one thing it would be more places to grill because we pretty much grill every night but other than that it was awesome!

Loved the condo-- while there is construction right next door, it wasn't a problem for us. Beautiful kitchen and great bathrooms.
I rated the property mgmt co a 4 bc I didn't get the paperwork I was supposed to get with check in info, etc. Got my receipt, but that was it. Otherwise I would have been more prepared for the 10a.m. check out time. Pretty early for such an expensive stay.
My husband lost his ring and housekeeping found it--however, we should have specified how to ship it to us bc their shipping it cost us $25 for a $50 ring...

Overall it was a great stay. I didn't mind the construction next to us but it would have been nice if they had stopped working around 5p instead of 7p on a Saturday. I also think different bar stools would be better in the unit. They were cute but not very comfy.

Beautiful condo with lovely beachy decor -- clean and well stocked with everything anyone could need in a condo. Loved Blue Marlin but only issues were that since it was a first floor condo -- noise from condo above sounded like elephants walking for much of the stay and at times kept my children up at night. Also construction next door and close location to the restaraunt made privacy an issue -- we had to keep blinds closed at all times to avoid workers or restaraunt guests looking in at us - no way to open windows for fresh air and no way to sit on porch due to construction everywhere. However -- once construction is done this will be a better location.
