What's Planned
A Place to Eat, Shop, and Gather
South Town Square is planned as a lakefront gathering place for homeowners and guests, with room to spend a whole evening:
- Dining, anchored by Dos Bocas
- Shops and boutiques along the boardwalk
- Guest services
- An additional realty sales office
- A lakeside stage and green for live music and events
The Dining Anchor
Dos Bocas: Coastal Mexican, Cajun-Inspired
Planned as the first dining anchor on the new lakefront at Cinnamon Shore South, Dos Bocas will serve coastal Mexican flavors with Cajun inspiration, right on South Town Lake. Expect lakeside tables, a central stage for live music, and easy, open-air gathering by the water.

The Design
Cinnamon Shore has enlisted award-winning firm Kimmel Studio Architects of Annapolis, Maryland, whose extensive experience with waterfront properties along the Chesapeake Bay informs a plan spanning architecture, interior design, and landscape architecture across the district.
