South Town Square

Envisioned as a new social hub with a robust retail and dining district, a 100,000-square-foot Town Center is on the drawing board for South! Sited along the west side of the village’s primary lake, the open-air space will feature mixed-use buildings centered around a waterfront stage, green space, and a boardwalk providing walkable interconnectivity with the overall community.

Cinnamon Shore has enlisted award-winning firm Kimmel Studio Architects of Annapolis, Maryland for the plan. With extensive experience designing waterfront properties along Chesapeake Bay, Kimmel is planning architecture, interior design, and  landscape architecture. The conceptual renderings* capture the mood of a vibrant, coastal gathering spot that will include a spa, dining, shops, guest services, an additional realty sales office, and more. Projected to break ground in 2024
