AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as a cabana-lined infinity pool with hammocks and sun deck; a 7-acre lake stocked with fish; a lakeside boardwalk; a community pier; bridge-side overlook pavilions, and a playscape. You can also access amenities at nearby Cinnamon Shore North: three pools, a fishing dock, fitness center, Town Center activities, and restaurants that include a Mediterranean bistro and pizzeria.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: You’ll love the way the den, dining room, and kitchen flow together under tall ceilings and how windows allow coastal sunlight to infuse the space. The all-white walls and woodwork create a backdrop for cozy, driftwood gray sofa and coordinated armchairs—all gathered around the 85” flatscreen TV. At the dining table, wingback chairs in beachy white slipcovers mix with wooden café-style chairs seating 10. More friends can hop on a stool at the kitchen island to chat with the cook enjoying the fully stocked workspace, with stainless appliances and open shelving. Designer lighting and tile backsplash add panache to the gathering space where you enjoy quality time with your crew. A powder room adds convenience.
Outdoor dining and more sitting areas extend living space onto the lakeside balcony, with views over the serene lake and community.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the first floor, a primary king suite offers a sitting nook alongside the comfortable bed, plus a wet bar and lakefront porch where lounge chairs await! An outdoor table for four makes a great place to visit or have morning coffee. The primary bath’s walk-in shower and a divine soaking tub feel spa-like, while white shiplap walls and a natural wood finish on dual vanities look beachy. A second first-floor king suite also opens to the front porch and has its own bathroom with designer tilework in the spacious walk-in shower. Upstairs, a third king suite offers shutters and balcony access, along with private bathroom with glass-front shower. Finally, the bunk room sleeps four on bunks made of natural pine, while a window seat makes a great place to read a book.

GREAT FEATURES: Right off the back porch, a walkway leads along the lakefront to the South Pool, where cabanas, hammocks over the waters, and a sun deck await. Service by C Bar Too during the high season make it easy to grab lunch or a frosty beverage! We loved this home! I especially loved the big open floor plan on the second floor. It was the perfect space to be together. The location in south is stellar. The pool is a short shady walk along the lakeside.
