Although it was a cold/rainy weekend, we had the most amazing time! This house has all the amenities one would need and very close proximity to the beach .

This is a beautiful home which is a 5 minute walk to beach and pools and a short walk to shop and restaurants. We could have used the 2nd living area with 6 kids as we’ve had in the past. Also the 2nd bunk room on 3rd floor shares the bathroom on 2nd floor with the persons staying in the bedroom on that floor (which we wished had been a king size). The mostly screened in deck was very nice with a view of sea grass and vegetation.

We took a group of college girls with us to Port A. This house was perfect for us to be with them, and give them some space. The kitchen island was perfect for group breakfasts and lunches. We appreciated the large Keurig and panini. Beautiful home. It also worked well to play games when the weather was cold. It was very clean, which we appreciated. The house was the perfect walking distance to everything in CS.
We still rented golf carts for the girls for driving on the beach and into town (20 min via beach). However, CS needs a sign before the Main Street exits that there are no golf carts on Highway 361. The first afternoon, one group took a cart out and got a $300 ticket.

What a great escape for family and children. The area is clean, friendly, and well thought out. Pools are nice, outdoor activities are great, and access to the beach is easy. I parked my car and left it parked for the week. look forward to coming back!

Incredible family time. Having 8 grandkids from 2 months-9 years old it was wonderful chaos! The amenities were perfect for our crew and we’d definitely stay at Cinnamon Shore again!

We had a nice 6-night visit at Cinnamon Shore and Mama's Happy beach home. It is very well maintained, clean and provided a good floor plan layout for our multi-generational family trip. The screened in porch was so nice to keep the bugs and mosquitos out. Cinnamon Shore has so many amenities for families. The pools, activities and restaurants on site were all great. We hope to return again soon!

Cinnamon shores embodied a full vacation bliss. We split our vacation with two other families totaling 6.5 kids. Mamas Houseet our sleeping, cooking, entertainment, and lounging needs we could have ever asked for. Cinnamon shores has all you need right in the community snd onto the beach. We loved the s’mores night on beach, lawn games, fishing at the ponds, the circle lawn entertainment, and the golf cart drives. Makes for the best 2.5 hr drive to enjoy a southeast coastal experience BUT in TExAS!

My family and I were so pleased with our stay at Mommas Happy. The home was in a great location and plenty big for our family consisting of 14 people. We especially loved the screened in back porch ( which kept pesty bugs out). Their were minor hiccups but nothing that wasn’t taken care of by maintenance almost immediately. Would definitely stay there again....

We have stayed at Mama's Happy before, which is the reason we came back. It fits our multi-generational family of 11 very well. The kitchen is well equipped. It is close to the beach, fishing and lots of fun. The big problem is the very poor connection to the internet and TV cable. One of our family had to do some work and had to go out to get a connection. The TV cuts out continually and often. The internet coverage is very weak and SLLOOOWWW! There is some maintenance that needs doing, but over all the house is in good condition. The ice maker did not work. The staff at Cinnamon Shore were excellent in coming to help, but could do nothing about the TV. They put a small refrigerator in the down stairs to help.

We were a big family group, 6 kids 6 adults. The house was perfect in every way. Well equipped with everything we need. Very comfortable beds and a porch swing that was well appreciated and loved.
The resort was excellent, we loved all pools and all activities they offered.
The management and the staff, super nice, helpful and on top of the all the problems and situations. Very polite and helpful.
We are looking forward to come back next Summer.

This was a perfect fit for us! We had 3 families -- 6 adults and 6 kids -- the parents had their own rooms and we had a bunk room for the boys and one for the girls. The house was clean and nice and the balcony was great with fantastic views. The only thing that would have made it better was if there was a dining table outside. Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely go back.

My family and I enjoyed the home we stayed in. It had many stairs which made it difficult for our Mother in here 80's to navigate. However there was one bedroom on the main living floor which made it most convenient.

We took our three grown children, their spouses and their children (7 under the age of 5) and stayed at Mama's Happy! We found the house to be a wonderful place to stay in every way! The pictures online were beautiful and reality did not disappoint; they represented the house well! When we arrived it was very clean and well manicured. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to easily prepare and eat all of our meals there. The seating in the living room was comfortable and a great place for all of us to gather. We rented a golf cart to get to and from the beach and pool mainly because of the ages of the grand kids. We had a lot of beach gear and had prepared by bringing wagons which would have been adequate for all of the adults walking to the beach but the couple of blocks were a bit too far for the littles. The equipment rental office was very helpful in getting this set up for us as we had not anticipated renting the cart in advance. If you need a cart, I would recommend renting in advance though as I think we got the last cart during this busy time. There were only two small issues. 1. The house did not have Wifi and a couple of people really needed it for business. The office was so helpful to us and allowed us to use their's but it was inconvenient. I believe the home had recently sold and Wifi is to be a part of the new owner's additions. If you need Wifi while you are on vacation, I would check this out. 2. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work. Of course we knew we would need to buy ice for our coolers to take to the beach etc but it would have been nice to have ice available for drinks while at the house. Overall we could not have been happier and found Mama's Happy to be just as advertised and Cinnamon Shores certainly did not disappoint! By the way, the kids loved smores night!!!

Mama's Happy was beautiful! Spotless and perfect, period. The décor in this house is stunning-definitely magazine worthy. Beautiful bedrooms, washer and dryer convenience, and plenty of kitchen room. Absolutely would recommend!

Lots of room for all of us. Well appointed and spacious kitchen for meal preparation, plenty of bedding and towels, everything we needed. Great location. The weather was not the most cooperative, but we had a great time nonetheless.

The house was very well-equipped and comfortable for 12 adults and 2 babies. We enjoyed renting a golf cart to ride around the neighborhood, to the pools, and to the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
