MAIN LIVING AREA: The second floor hosts the main living area, an open-concept space with living room, dining area and kitchen, all under soaring ceiling. Gather on the blue sectional sofa and chairs before the wall-mounted TV after a day the beach. A wall of windows backs the dining table, with banquet seating and chairs to seat eight. Bar-height stools at the broad kitchen island offer additional seating. The space opens to the balcony porch with outdoor dining table and community views.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: Three bedrooms each have their own bathrooms. On the first floor, the primary suite offers King bed comfort, and the primary Bath offers a luxurious soaking tub and walk-in shower. Another first-floor king guest room offers style and its own bath with walk-in shower. Both suites open onto a side porch.
Upstairs, a queen bedroom with twin trundles offers additional sleep space, along with a sofa bed in the main living area.
GREAT EXTRAS: The outdoor shower rinses sand after a walk on the beach. A washer and dryer keep beach towels and resort wear fresh. A stay here gives you access to on-site restaurants, fitness center, three resort pools, and, of course, the dune crossover that leads directly to the beach! Hip Nautic is a non-pet friendly property, if a pet is seen entering Hip Nautic, the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
