Upon our arrival to Cinnamon Shores South, the personnel in the rental office were very pleasant, helpful and personable. Our stay at Sunbelievable 213 was more than we expected. The beautiful home is very well decorated, clean, well maintained and functional with all the bells and whistles you would need in a home away from home. All the kitchen, baths, bedrooms, laundry and outdoor grill essentials and amenities were all available and in good working condition. This home's location is within easy walking distance to the pools, lake and beach access. We decided to rent a golf cart to get around, and it was great for transporting all of our beach gear and visiting the Cinnamon Shores North location and restaurants/shops. We would highly recommend this home and location for a family fun getaway. We would definitely return to Cinnamon Shores.

10 out of 10. My family and I had blast at cinnamon shores and loved our rental. It was beautiful! Super clean and inviting. Perfect amount of space for all of us. We highly recommend and definitely will be back.

Our rental was pure luxury. All of it. The beds were divine, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, the patio was great for playing dominos and grilling our fajitas, and the living room was a cozy place to come together and share stories. All this, and I haven't even mentioned the other best part - having easy access to the beach, pools, delicious dining, and the dog park. We've never had a more perfect vacation. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here, our first foray to CS South. The home is laid out very nicely with a large open living / kitchen area that could accommodate our 6 adults and 4 kids. Nice view of one of the lakes, and you even have a marginal view of the ocean. Parking is tight in back, but you have access to the 2-bay garage which was great and there is additional overflow parking nearby. The kitchen was well stocked and with three drink fridges, there was plenty of room in the main refrigerator. There is a lot of construction nearby, but we couldn't hear any of it from inside the house. My only complaint is that all the beds in the house were extremely firm. Bring a memory foam mattress topper if this is an issue for you. Except for the beds, this was our favorite home in the 6 or 7 years we've visited cinnamon shores.

This home is in the perfect location, has a great view, until they possibly build between the house and the pond. We have alwasy stayed in the North, but this house converted us to the South!

We loved this home! It was a great location, close to the pools and beach. The home had everything we needed for our young children. It was a great layout with so much space for our family of seven. We would highly recommend this property and the customer service was excellent.

Great place! So nice to be able to bring our dog - thank you! Beautiful house - pristine and spotless. My only suggestion is adding blinds to the upstairs kitchen/LR windows - we were looking straight at the neighbors on either side which is quite a bit awkward - the houses are so close together!

It was perfect! Beautiful and exceptionally clean. Great layout for two families with kids. Loved having the spacious laundry room and plenty of outdoor space to hang dry towels and sandy swimsuits. Kitchen was perfectly stocked. The outdoor shower was money. And the spacious balconies were amazing. Will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed ourselves every day at this new, beautiful, pet friendly resort home right near the beach. The friendly and helpful management staff made check-in easy. The house was amazing, with beautiful, spacious, and well appointed living area, bedrooms, bathrooms, and a wonderful kitchen with everything you would need. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking coffee and watching the sunrise. We enjoyed two beautiful pools with beverage and food service, just a short walk from the house. Had a great time at the beach every day, just a short walk from the house and across the boardwalk. The pizza, drinks, and people at Dylan’s conveniently located nearby were great. Town is just a few minutes away too. This place is perfect with everything you need for a great beach vacation! Can’t wait to go back again!

Easy check in, clean house, close to beach, quite side of South side of community of course off season early April. The beach house had all you needed for your stay. LOVED that it was pet friendly!
