The first floor has a queen bedroom with private bath. a king bedroom, and unique built in bunk bed along with a sleeper sofa. The first floor lounge has a bar area and shuffleboard bowling for guests of all ages to kick back and have fun or just hang out and watch a movie.
Ascend to the main living area on the second floor and enjoy the tastefully decorated space that is perfect for entertaining from the fully stocked kitchen to the dining area that overlooks the Cinnamon Shore community. The main living room is comfortably appointed for families to unwind from the fun in the sun. With a master king suite behind the kitchen this home will fit the whole family and a few friends!
**Home does have a propane fire pit in the back yard. Guests are responsible for $45 propane bottle that can be provided by the Cinnamon Shore Rentals office.**

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Sips Ahoy is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Sips Ahoy the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
