We had a fantastic stay at Summer Catch! It was the most ideal location for our family since we traveled with an infant and kids. It was so convenient to get to the beach using the golf cart but just as easy walking there since the crossover is right across the street. We also loved the Shore Cafe truck right across the street from the house. The house itself was super clean, comfortable, and seemed to have everything we needed! From the 5 barstools in the photo, we only had four in the house and one of the four barstools' seat was broken. That was the only noticeable flaw, which wasn't really an issue for us. Loved how we had a set of w&d both downstairs as well as on the main level. The kids loved their own space to hang on the third floor. The views are incredible and the whole stay was just so easy for us. We will be back!

LOVED staying here. So close to the beach. Fantastic view of the gulf compared to other houses. Beautiful furnishings. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was top shelf luxury, but the best part was the gifts left for us by the owners and the happy birthday card and cupcake from the staff. It’s the little things!

We had never visited the Texas Gulf Coast and had no idea exactly where to go but boy did we hit pay dirt with Summer Catch! It is perfectly located right off the beach and it is stunning inside and out! The perfect gourmet kitchen, large comfortable living room and beds - it wowed in every way! We loved every minute and can't wait to return!

Very nice rental property. Had a few issues with AC that the manager promptly fixed.
The bbq grill needs to be replaced. The lighter doesn’t work an is fairly poor quality for such a nice place.
Cinnamon Shores south is definitely still very much under construction. It was more a bother than I expected.
Overall very nice place. I would stay again, but will wait until construction of the overall development is complete!

We had a fabulous time at Summer Catch. The house was immaculate and well maintained. Although South is definitely a construction zone, it was wonderful and everything we hoped for and more. The bunk room is just fabulous for littles and the layout of the home is majorly accommodating. Check in (no fault of the homeowner) was not on time nor did they notify us when the home was ready, but that's with the office. This house is conveniently located, appointed well with everything you need for a kitchen/meal and easy to find and operate. If we weren't building down the street, we would rent it again! We had littles and it was perfect for them as well as the adults. All in all, a vacation win!

We toured this home when it was first built. Beautifully decorated and loved the design of this home. We had been waiting on a chance to stay here. We booked it in January for our stay in April and it was everything we imagined. A very comfortable home yet luxurious. Kudos to the builder and the design time.

Summer Catch was undoubtedly the most beautiful and had the best layout of any vacation home we have ever stayed in. Very well appointed as there was nothing we needed while staying in the home. The appliances were easy to use and conveniently located in the big kitchen. We loved how the dining area was off in a separate little area which enhanced the flow of traffic. Even the location was perfect. Each bedroom and bathroom was scrumptious.I was afraid that being in South Cinnamon Shore, it would be extremely inconvenient, but it was perfect.
We will definitely stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay in this property. It's an incredible home which has been furnished and finished very nicely. Kid loved the large space and family really enjoyed the decks and breezes. No ice machine just an FYI.

We had a wonderful family vacation over the 4th at the Summer Catch. It was our first time to Cinnamon Shore and we will definitely be back. We look forward to seeing the progress on the south side. The house was beautiful and we loved the new pool. Thank you for having us!

Everything overall was great. Beds were so comfortable.
The downside was the stove and dishwasher. It’s crazy to say but they were difficult to operate, especially the oven. Should have an easier appliance to operate in a rental home.

We had a wonderful weekend staying at "The Summer Catch 401" home in South Cinnamon Shores. The house was beautifully decorated, ultra clean, and had many extra amenities (two sets of washer and dryers, beach towels, kitchen spices, etc.) The home was spacious and an absolute oasis! We rented golf carts and beach chairs and umbrellas through Cinnamon Shores and had an excellent experience. Thank you for sharing such a lovely home with us!
