AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as a cabana-lined infinity pool with hammocks and sun deck; a 7-acre lake stocked with fish; a lakeside boardwalk; a community pier; bridge-side overlook pavilions, and a playscape. A family pool with splash pad is set to open by Fall 2023. You can also access amenities at nearby Cinnamon Shore North: three pools, a fishing dock, fitness center, Town Center activities, and restaurants that include a Mediterranean bistro and pizzeria.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: The primary gathering area on the first floor offers a comfortable sectional and barrel swivel chairs for everyone to enjoy a movie, while a large dining table can host family game night or a meal to remember. Cook in the well-stocked kitchen while chatting with friends at the island’s bar stools. A powder room and laundry closet on the first floor make cleaning up for dinner after a sandy beach day a breeze.
Upstairs you’ll find easy access to the front balcony from the hall to overlook a charming cobbled street of Cinnamon Shore South.
SLEEPING QUARTERS: On the second floor, a bunk room with nautical stripes for six and the queen bedroom offer access to the front balcony and community views. These two guest rooms share a charming hallway bath with double vanities. In the rear of the home, the primary suite provides a lucky couple with wicker king-size bed and a private balcony overlooking the bay side of Mustang Island, promising stunning sunset views that will keep you on the deck long into the evening. A private bathroom with double vanities and a glass-enclosed shower/tub makes getting dressed for day feel luxurious.
GREAT FEATURES: Enter from the private drive behind the home or park in the cobblestone area in front for easy access to this lovely house. Enjoy convenient garage access, where a 220V charger plug can keep an EV going! From here, walk along the lakefront boardwalk to the infinity pool lined with cabanas. Head over the two-way dune crossover to the beach or cruise in a golf cart down the beach over to Cinnamon Shore North for dinner at our on-site restaurants or activities on the Town Center green.
