We had a great time this past weekend at A Wave From It All. We had four families with 12 people that stayed and we fit very comfortably. Easy access to both the beach and a temp controlled pool. When we arrived, the wifi was not working but it was easily fixed by the maintenance staff. The other thing we realized was that the downstairs tv was not work properly. May have just been the remote needing new batteries though, and we weren’t in the house a lot to need to use it. All in all, a great experience with great people, everything kitchen and toiletries were provided, and the weather was amazing this time of year!

The house is in a great location right by the dunes and one of the main pools that is actually heated in the winter which was surprising. Do to the proximity of the pool expect some music and people about but that didn't bother us at all. The 3rd story loft is great for a teenager.

Per usual the house and property were great. We stay at Cinnamon Shores because of the convenience and family atmosphere. I hate all the pop up tents now on the beach that would set up right in front of your beach chairs.

We had 6 couples and we all were very comfortable. The houses room were perfectly tucked in individually to feel like there was privacy but the kitchen and living room had plenty of spaced when we gathered. The fenced in patio was a perfect place to hang out. The location was great! It was right next to the pool. Everything was very clean and the kitchen had all the necessities needed . Dylan’s pizza was delicious we had it twice, Isabella’s was perfect and we enjoyed the bonfire VERY MUCH!!

The weather was far from enjoyable so 7 adults and 3 young children's had to spend more time inside that wanted. The house was specious enough and the covered back porch was great. The kitchen is well equipped which was a nice surprise for a rental.

The house A Wave From It All 252 BE was the best. Plenty of room and nice and clean. 5 Stars. Would definitely stay here again. Close to the pool and the beach. The only thing needed was the grass in backyard needed mowing (too many stickers) as we had little ones who did not like to wear shoes and the dryer had too much lint to dry clothes.

We had 14 family members for 5 nights at this lovely home. (9 adults and 5 kids)
We had lots of space but could’ve used one more bedroom.
The house had everything we needed except sheets for the pullout sofa. Someone brought us sheets the following day.
We loved the proximity to the pool and the beach. The house was well-kept and we didn’t have any issues. We enjoyed Pilates by the pool and listening to the live music on the great lawn. We will definitely stay at Cinnamon Shores when we come back in the future.

Our family of six adults and three children stayed here last week. The house was perfect for our group - plenty of space to spread out, the bedroom layout was perfect and having the additional living space on the third floor was nice for those who needed to work for a few hours during the day and for movie night for our grandchildren.
The house is right on the pool and very close to the entrance and exit to the beach. Perfect location.
It was so nice having restaurants on site and the last night of our stay we enjoyed the live music in the community.
We plan on making this an annual trip!

We had a wonderful time! Cinnamon Shores never disappoints. The house was fabulous and backed up to the pool perfect for kids of all ages. The staff is always so friendly and we can't wait to come back.

We stayed for 4 nights (Sept 13-16) in the unit called "A Wave From it All". The home was wonderful...clean, great kitchen with plenty of cooking items, abundance of towels, washer/dryer, large enough for 6 adults and 5 grandchildren to stay comfortably. It is very close to the beach, the backyard is next to a large swimming pool, quiet location, and ample parking. We will rent this unit again for sure!

Our multigenerational family vacation ( from 2 yrs to 80 yrs) was so much fun! The house was perfect for our needs, and the golf cart made traveling to the beach, great lawn, etc so easy. Kitchen faucet and wifi never worked, but office was great about sending repairmen.

The property was perfect for our family. Our group had a two year old to grandparents. The property description was spot on. The home is beautiful, comfortable. It was immaculate. Plenty of comfortable seating. A great kitchen. Perfect location. The pool is right behind the house and close enough to walk to the beach if desired. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff at Cinnamon Shore. Their customer service is beyond compare. We had a question about one of the televisions and in no more that 5 minutes maintenance as at the house and fixed the problem. The kids love the pool and we ate lunch there a couple of times. Mike in the office is the best. Made us welcome. There is no better place to stay then Cinnamon Shore! We will definitely be back!!

My family and I love this place! This is where we spend our summer vacation every year. We have created so many great memories here that we can't imagine leaving. Two weeks isn't enough! The staff have always been top notch. Above and beyond the obvious expectations one would have staying at a place of this caliber. Simply the very best place on the island if you want it all. Great food, incredible accommodations, home away from home feel without the feeling your just another temporary tenant. The beach access is unmatched and the pools are always clean. The golf carts they offer take all the stress out of cleaning your beached family wagon. No mess means less stress! The catering team cooked for over 35 quests poolside during our corporate management event this year. Yummy! If you fish the flats, Wilson's cut is right up the road and Lisabellas will even cook your fish for you! Hope this helps your family find the perfect place in Port Aransas. Cheers!

Cinnamon Shore never disappoints! Beachy Keen was very comfortable and close to the beach and pool. Some evidence of wear but overall was a pleasant experience.

All of our family members really enjoyed this home. It was close to the boardwalk and very close to a pool. We also enjoyed the food at the pool restaurant. We even cooked our "catch" on the outside grill. Of course, the kids enjoyed the beach and riding in the dune buggy. The beds were great and the kitchen was stocked with all the equipment you needed to prepare a meal. All in all we had a great vacation in this home. We would highly recommended this home.

We had a great girls weekend trip except for the fact that there was NO GRILL!!! This was a HUGE pain because we had done meal planning and almost all of our food needed to be GRILLED! We were also not told ahead of time that the pool the house backed up to would be closed due to a wedding. That was one of the main reasons that we chose this particular house to begin with.

My husband and I stayed at the Beachy Keen property over a holiday. It was amazingly beautiful. The furnishings and the decorations, as well as the location exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this home to anyone seeking something luxurious. I would give the management company a 5+ rating!

This home is decorate in light beach colors. A short walk over the boardwalk to the beach and an even shorted walk to the pool. I would recommend this area to anyone. Just watch out for the stickers in the grass and wash the sand off your feet. It was really hard to leave one more week would have been great.

Very clean, beautifully decorated home. Loved the space and decor. Loved the ability to get to beach easily. Only negative- it's 2014 Cinnamon Shore- figure out how the rental owners can allow for access to wi-fi. That's just silly to pay that much and not be able to post pics of the vaca on social media, or surf the web as you sit on your patio...seems like Port A or this property (or both) need to keep up with the times in that regard. Otherwise, perfect, perfect house and property.

This house is the best! The decor and all of the amenities were so well thought-out. We had the best stay and Beachy Keen had all that we needed and more. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots, pans, china and small appliances. The bedrooms were peaceful. We all slept well including our 3 young children. We look forward to going back soon. When we returned to Austin, my 3-year-old son said "I want to go back to our other house." He was talking about Beachy Keen. We all loved it so much!

The home was beautiful, the bedding comfortable, the mattresses were Westin quality. Loved the décor, the floor plan and the location near the pool.
Cinnamon Shore has improved so much since we started visiting there three years ago. We love Seaside and Watercolor, but they are too far to travel when all of our kids live in metropolitan areas in Texas. You have done a decent job recreating these developments in Florida. You need a chapel for church and weddings, like the one in Seaside.
If there was a good grocery store and church nearby, I would move to Cinnamon Shore.

I will say the owners of the home we stayed in will be sorry that they have white chairs for dining especially when renting to large groups. We were stressed out about the chairs and even spot cleaned upon leaving. They were stained even when we arrived. Also white bedspreads...YIKES! We have a luxury B&B and rent to large groups, so this statement comes from our experiences.
