This condo has all the space and amenities you need for a stay in Port Aransas. It was very clean and the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms worked well for our family of 4. It's conveniently located next to the town center in Cinnamon Shore where you can walk across the street to eat or catch an evening movie.

Great little insulated community for families with kids. Fun activities on the lawn - movies, ice cream, etc. Pet friendly! Some construction going on, but it didn't affect us. Everyone who works here that we encountered was SUPER friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome.

Our quick trip to CS was perfect . Location was amazing we could walk to dinner , coffee , and most importantly the ice cream spot ! Beach was very clean and our kids and dogs had an amazing time . We will certainly come back !

Condo was lovely. Clean, centrally located and had everything expected in kitchen etc. Occasionally heard noise from upper unit but not overly disturbing
Only 2 frustrations were that (1) did not have dedicated 2 spots for our cars. One had a golf cart sitting in it the whole time and the other had a car that we were told would be moved or towed but never was. Luckily the spaces around circle in front always had open space available pretty close by. (2) Upon arriving keys and code for door didn’t work and took three trips back to front office to get the correct key to open unit.But overall great community and beautiful facilities. Will definitely return.

This is a fantastic condo. It is clean, spacious and well appointed. The location is ideal. It has a view of the social circle - a quick and easy walk to Lisabelle's and Dylan's. It is also very convenient to the Dune pool and to the beach. Inside the condo, the furniture and beds were comfortable. The condo is a second floor unit. I had read reviews about noisy upstairs guests. We were fortunate that the guests above us were quiet. We could hear the occasional walking around, but it was not at all an issue. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended Cinnamon Shore to friends.

It worked great for us. It was clean, cute and it had everything we needed. Great location. Lisabella’s was right across the street, as well as Dylan’s pizza. We can’t wait to go back to Cinnamon shores.

Our family of three stayed in this spacious condo for 5 days. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We could watch the evening movie from the patio, quickly walk to every store and pool, and simply relax. The furniture and beds were super cozy.
The only downside was that we could hear the people above us as they moved about their unit. They had a child that was constantly running and dropping toys, which was jarring. Despite this, we’d absolutely stay again.

Our experience at CS would have been perfect if the hurricane had not hit during our stay. I can say that the condo was tight and secure. Hardly heard much of the storm. The company was accommodating. I will stay again. Another thing was the location of this one was so close to the large pool and the beach!

Cinnamon Shore has been a Christmas destination for us for many years. We have stayed in different condos each time and have always found them to be exceptional. C Side TC1208 was no exception. The unit was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable for our stay. Looking forward to our next visit!

very willing to accommodate needs. The staff that sets up
The umbrellas and chairs are friendly and willing to help with beach gear. Food is consistently good. Grounds are always clean and the landscaping is beautiful. Kids love the golf carts. Why go to Florida if you can vacation at Cinnamon Shores and get great service and amenities. I rented one condo through Air BNB and it was terribly decorated. The home and condo I rented through the Cinnamon shore office was a 10 ; the air bnb condo was a 4.

My family very much enjoyed our vacation at Cinnamon Shore. The condo was ready early so we were allowed an early check-in, which was great. Close walk to all of the pools, the boardwalk, Lisabella's restaurant and Dylan's pizza, all of which had excellent food! Could have used some more rinse off stations located throughout the complex. Great time - would definitely come again! Thanks Cinnamon Shore!

I absolutely loved this condo! I go every year and this was the first time staying in this particular condo and I have to say it's my favorite so far. It was spotless and up to date. Everything worked as it should and it was stocked with everything you would need. Will definitely stay in this one again!

The property is absolutely beautiful. A short walk to the beach over a private boardwalk. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. Staff super courteous and friendly. Made for a perfect long weekend.

We had quick service when we needed anything and we loved the rental. Next time we might try the third floor because we could hear the folks upstairs running back and forth in the evening and in the morning.

We had a great time but had a hard time accessing after dusk activities with all the aggressive mosquitos. I think CS should privately spray...they were awful!

Cinnamon Shores is absolutely one of the most beautiful vacation rentals I've ever stayed at. The ceilings are high, and give the place a grand, open, and airy feel. Everything was sparkling clean and gorgeously decorated. I really felt like I was staying in a very high-end boutique hotel.

We found a place we will recommend & stay whenever we head to the coast! The room was gorgeously decorated & livable (meaning it wasn't overdecorated so much that my two year old is busting a hurricane lamp full of shells). The atmosphere is high end but the price was fair for the luxurious condo, pool, trips by golf cart to the beach all day...and so on. No more schlepping your buckets & boogie boards, towels, water, kids down to the sand. They will drive you or you can do a cart rental, I highly recommend renting a cart for the day & chasing hermit crabs in the cart that kids loved it!
This was a fantastic stay for us. The room had all we needed, clean linens, well stocked kitchen, and comfy beds. We will definitely be returning to C-side soon!

C Side #1208 was awesome! Everything was new, in working order and extremely clean. The condo was a short walk to the beach (a plus since bike rentals were $20/day and beach carts rented for more than $100/day), and the resort, as a whole, was well cared for. The pool areas were superb (but not heated), and the staff was helpful and friendly at check-in (their restaurant recommendations were excellent!).
Some other things to know: The beach is not peaceful. There were helicopters flying overhead, cars driving behind us (on the beach), large barges out in the distance, etc., and the water's pretty dirty (washing up party cups, Ziploc bags, etc.). However, Cinnamon Shores cleans the beach area daily in front of the resort, so their guests have clean sand to lounge on.

Loved staying at Cinnamon Shore for a girls getaway weekend from Austin. The Town Residences were in a great location and the finished were beautiful. C-Side #1208 was beautifully furnished and a great place to relax after a day at the beach!

This was our second year to spend time at Cinnamon Shores with our 4 grandchildren, ages between 3 and 9. They just love it. Spent all the time on the beach or at the pool- only made one trip to town. Favorite activities were building sand castles and riding the waves. The kids loved playing on the green when music was played in the evening. Cinnamon Shores is a wonderful family community. Looking forward to next year.

I think we had a rowdy bunch above us...moving bags, walking, running til two or three each morning...I had to use the broom on the ceiling! Bad luck or thin walls? Also, after paying a $150 cleaning fee I was astounded to be asked to take out the trash, start the dishwasher and strip the beds...that has never happened in all our travels
