The experience was great. Reservations process very easy and straightforward. Location easy to find. Finding the actual rental within the property was a challenge. Poorly marked. Actual rental unit was perfect for our needs. Better patio would have been nice.

Our stay at Island Breeze was a literal BREEZE. The condo offers everything you could possibly miss from home (literally all the small kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, cable access, etc.) with all the conveniences of being on vacation. Extremely clean, comfy bed, incredibly well located. The location is within a seconds walk to the best restaurants and pools within Cinnamon Shore and is easily walkable to the beach within a few minutes. The ground floor location was quiet while also convenient for letting our dog outside. We will 100% stay here again!

The location was great. Liked that it was a downstairs unit close to the restaurants, lmusic stage area and ice cream trailer. The condo was a bit small, but more than ample for the two of us there to enjoy a group for a birthday party in the Common area. The unit could have children on the couch sleeper, but don’t know if an adult could sleep on the couch??

It's a cute little place perfect for a small family , everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom, perfect downstairs location , the only issue was the numbered parking , someone was always parked in our spot , otherwise would def rent again!

Cinnamon Shore was very nice. We loved the professional and responsive staff, the grounds were very well kept and it felt safe. We also thought the community quiet hours were great. I met the nighttime security guard a few nights we were there and that was very comforting knowing there was someone on patrol. The unit itself was pretty nice. We liked the decor and it was very clean which was great. Two minor issues - one very minor issue for our length of stay (3 nights) was that the dryer was broken. We were informed of the issue as we were walking out the door to head to Port Aransas. We just packed a little extra and it was all good. Cinnamon Shore did say that if we needed to wash and dry any clothes they’d see what they could do to help which was great. The second minor issue which I think can be very easily addressed by the management company is that the unit is right next to a door that leads to the stairwell. Every time the door closed it SLAMMED shut. When you are in the living room/ kitchen of the unit it will rattle you the first few times it happens. Then it just becomes annoying. I thought maybe it was people or kids slamming the door, but then I went and tried it out, and it is just how it’s built. I think some sort of weather stripping or something like that could help it have a softer landing and less jarring slam. Again, this was just a minor thing, but I can imagine during peak season that slamming could get really annoying.

Cinnamon Shore was a very well maintained and attractive facility. The condo that we rented was nicely furnished. The grounds were immaculate. The folks in the office were helpful and courteous.

We enjoyed every part of our stay at Cinnamon Shore. The room was just like the photos and everything was clean. We enjoyed riding the golf cart through the community and over the boardwalk to the beach.

Everything was in great condition. However, coffee was suppose to be provided, and there was none, so we purchased our own. Otherwise, it would have been 5 stars.

I have stayed at Cinnamon Shore Resort quite a few times. This was my first time in a one bedroom. The kitchen was not as stocked as the other condos I have stayed in. Also, we ended up going to WalMart in Corpus and buying a blow-up mattress for the other guests since the fold-out couch was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and noisy/squeaky. With all of that said, and me being a little spoiled by past stays, I would stay in this condo again but I now know what I need to bring.

We spent spring break at Cinnamon Shores, and had a wonderful time. The unit we stayed in, Island Breeze, was perfect for us. Would recommend for couple's getaway or family of 4. There is only 1 bathroom, so you will have to share! Easy access to beach and plenty of other things to do in Port A or Corpus Christi.

Our 1 bedroom condo meet our weekend needs perfectly. While we didn't spend much time in the condo, we appreciated the extra touches provided from the bottled water, coffee and filters, to the bath accessories. Staff was extremely helpful. The only suggestion we would offer would be to provide one heated pool so families could enjoy the pool during the cooler months. Construction is still ongoing so be prepared to accept construction crews and building noise. Cinnamon Shore will be wonderful once fully completed.

We had a wonderful time. Island Breeze is lovely and very comfortable. We appreciate the staff so much. Everything was there for our use. I left something there when I Left, and it was found and is being returned to me. How refreshing to find good honest people whe believe in service to others.

Very nice condo. super convenient. Friendly staff. very clean room that was very comfortable. Only qualms: check in is pretty late 4pm. Lack of convenient outdoor grills. our unit was right by the stairs (lots of stomping) and still lots of construction going on (but that wasn't a big deal)

We loved your property! The whole concept of the property will be awesome when finished. We did not try the restaurant as we were there just 2 nights. We were disappointed that the grill was not open. All in all a very comfortable stay. We will definitely be back.

This complex/resort has nice amenities and will be fantastic ... When it's finished. The condo itself is lovely, very tastefully appointed and prefect for two. But it is surrounded by noisy construction that starts at 8 and continues until sunset. You have to dodge construction vehicles of all sizes when exploring the complex. Someday it will be fully developed, but not by this summer or even the next. We look forward to coming back with the grandchildren then!

The condo, Cinnamon Shores, the staff, the restaurant, location and ease of access to the beach were a perfect setting for my wife and I to thoroughly spend a wonderful relaxing get away. We have and will continue to tell our friends about our experience. And we plan to return for another long weekend retreat.

The décor was beautiful. The staff was professional. The beach was easily accessed via golf cart or foot. Love this private, upscale community!! Only cons: aggressive mosquitos in evening and a lot of restaurants in P.A. town are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Like the community and amenities. The only little problem was that being on the first floor we could hear the neighbors running on the ceiling, and it was almost spotless. We probably will be back.

Loved the property and everything was clean and top notch. However, the Town Center condos do not seem to be insulated correctly in between floors. We could hear everything from our upstairs neighbors and it kept us up until 2:00AM. I would not recommend anyone to stay in the Town Center condos.

The condo we stayed in was perfect for 2. Everything was welcoming upon arrival. The only complaint we have was that we heard the upstairs neighbors...running and moving furniture. We loved Cinnamon Shore property. The beach was cleaned and beach chairs and umbrellas set up. You could rent a golf cart or they provided a ride to and from the beach. My husband brought his surf boards and had a great time surfing. Lisabella's restaurant was outstanding. We also enjoyed the restaurants in town...plenty to choose from. This was my first time to Port will not be my last. We really enjoyed the upscale feel of Cinnamon Shore.

The community is fantastic, but under construction. This first floor unit is well decorated, clean and had all of the promised amenities, but the small patio was directly facing parking spaces and a building under construction. We will definately visit the community again.

Recently stayed in Cinnamon Shores and had a great experience! GREAT facilities and lots to do for the kiddos. Everyone on staff was very attentive...we had an issue with a t.v. in our condo and they were on top of it! Could not get it fixed so they brought in a new one...most places would not even think of doing that! Could have done without the 7 a.m. construction crews but overall...was a great trip!

My husband and I stayed at Cinnamon Shores 1104 for three nights and loved it. Even amidst the construction (of another townhome building and houses) it was very quiet and had such a cute community feel. The property and the townhome was beautiful. My only very nit-picky complaint is that the tub could have used a good scrubbing but other than that this stay was perfect!

We stayed in Townhouse 1104 in April. The condo was very nice, great upgrades, and very clean. The king sized bed was extremely comfortable. Wi-fi and cable were easy to connect with. We would definitely stay here again.
