Sand Point was the perfect location for our family of 4 adults and 2 kiddos. The kids (ages 11 and 8) enjoyed their bunk space upstairs and both couples had a great experience in our separate rooms. The kitchen and living room were comfy and the balcony gave us great views of the lawn as well as being able to enjoy the live music and events happening right downstairs. We would highly recommend and would stay again!

We loved how open and spacious this felt. We didn’t feel cramped and didn’t feel like our stuff was everywhere with plenty of places to put things. The elevator at this condo doesn’t have AC so just be aware when going during the summer. The balcony is a nice size with rocking chairs to sit and people watch. Couch is small so not very comfortable for everyone to sit. All the TVs in every room were smart TVs but also very small in size. Beds were comfortable and pillows were comfortable but we did also bring our own main pillow to sleep on. The blinds don’t keep the light out well so if you need it dark for little ones to nap, I would prob bring something to cover them up.

Easy check in process. Great customer service! Lovely condo with plenty of space! Took advantage of the ponds for some fishing and the games outside our condo were a hit!

We had a great experience staying in this rental after Christmas. We even got 5 warm sunny 80 degree beach days! We stayed with another family. The layout was perfect with the kids staying upstairs in the bunk room and each couple had our own bed/bath. The elevator was nice to be able get the luggage up to the third story easily. The trash shoot was equally as nice. We loved the view from the balcony of the action at night near Lisabellas and Dylan's Pizza restaurant. Our only issue was there were only four small coffee mugs. We were constantly having to wash them to be able to reuse since we were a party of eight. There was an overabundance of glassware on the other hand. Overall, we would definitely stay here again without hesitation. Loved it!

Staff is great; very accommodating, unit was clean, quieter than some of the others we've been in. You gotta do the fire/smores at night, especially if you have kids. We really like the community. The walk to the beach is easy. This unit has some bunk beds on the top floor and my kids thought that was the greatest thing ever.

My family of five stayed here for a long weekend right before Christmas. The layout is terrific—love that there’s an upstairs with a large bunk room with a lot of extra living space. The porch overlooking Town Square was nice, too. I will definitely stay here again! The pet-friendly policy is great, too.

Weve been to CS multiple times and loved this unit. Great views, beds were insanely comfortable, kids had bunkroom upstairs, quiet, overlooks social circle, all in all perfect.

This unit was very comfortable. The bunk bed room was perfect for the kids while the king bed was just soooooo very perfect. Staff in the office were just to wonderful and we were able to rent fishing poles and a golf cart making getting up and down the beach a cinch. Not only would I recommend but we are considering making it a yearly thing.

We shared this condo with another family and it was perfect. The upstairs was the perfect space for all four kids to play, enjoy movie nights, and sleep while the adults enjoyed themselves downstairs watching movies, playing cards or preparing meals. Great walking distance to both pools, the beach and the pond for fishing. I only wish there was a grill. I will definitely look to stay here again.

My family has visited Port Aransas for years and the accomodations age so quickly and tend to be very outdated. These condos were comfortable , clean, and spacious. We had 5 boys between ages of 14-9 so the bunk beds were a perfect solution for a large group of kids. The resort area felt safe for kids to find some independence. Also this part of the beach seemed cleaner than other areas we have encountered. We will keep coming back.

It's true. This place has figured out how to take a sleepy, old-school Texas fishing village and seamlessly weave-in first class accommodations with all the amenities without disturbing the laid back feel of Port A.
Add to that, easy access to golf carts, beach and family friendly events and you have a near perfect family vacay. Now if they could somehow convince my kids to wear more sunscreen, it would be completely perfect!
