The unit was beautiful. There was very good communication with property management. Check in was a breeze. The grounds, community, beach access, ect made this one of our best trips we’ve ever had to the beach! We will definitely be back!

The unit was comfortable and as pictured. The final day, we did have water pressure issues in the master bath, so we both had to use the other shower. The only drawback to the location is the parking spots assigned. They are not a full size spot. We ended up parking in the parallel spots on the street. We have a midsize SUV, and it hung out of the spot about 1 1/2 feet. The community itself and convenience of golf cart, chair and umbrella rental is awesome. We'll come back, but stay in a different unit.

This was our fist trip to Cinnamon Shores. The property itself is amazing and in great location. We were impressed with everything that is offered. It’s a ~ 7 min. drive to PA and a ~10 min walk to the beach. The first floor two bedroom pet friendly condo was very clean and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The condo was directly across the street from the main restaurant. The market, pizza restaurant and dune pool were a few steps away. The staff was very informative and would communicate thru text for any special activities such as movie night. The layout of the condo was perfect for us. The king bed was super comfortable. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Absolutely Lovely place. Felt like a house. Needs forks and more drinking glasses. Had to buy plasticware. Loved it but apprehensive about a repeat visit due to swarms of mosquitoes all over us and dog. Couldn’t go outside in the morning or evening when it’s the favorite time to walk.

Thank you for your review! Unfortunately the heavy rain the last week has increase the mosquito population but the COA does their best to keep the community sprayed and the volumes down. We have let the homeowner know about the request for more flatware and drinking glasses and we will get those stocked up again. Come see us again in the late Fall and even in the warmer-then-most-places Winter for the updates!

Sandy Toes was very clean, comfortable beds, and perfect for our little family and fur baby. Plenty of bathroom towels. The kitchen had the perfect utensils, cookware. Everything we needed for cooking. I would only give one bad comment regarding the noise upstairs. Heavy foot traffic was loud, throughout the day and night making it not as relaxing as we had hoped. And the bathroom had low water pressure, but other than that, the location was great. Perfect walk to the dog park, Dune pool, Lisabella and even a short walk to the boardwalk to get to the beach. Just disappointed about the noise upstairs. The staff was super friendly and helpful in recommending other accommodations. Amanda was super sweet

Two bedroom, two bath, first floor layout was exactly what we were looking for. Easy walk to beach and pool with wonderful dining options directly across the street.

We loved our vacation! What stands out the most is how clean everything is and how well maintained the property is. Our condo was super cute and located in a perfect spot to walk around, go eat, get to the beach or visit on the lawns. We felt at home in the condo and enjoyed making ourselves at home. This may be the most comfortable vacation bed ever! We brought our dog and we’re so happy we could. She loved running on the beach early and chasing birds. The only thing that was a challenge was the hot water. It didn’t last long and you could haven’t more than one person using a shower at a time. We would come back anytime and recommend this condo and vacation spot to anyone.

Very good except for the queen bed was very uncomfortable. Not a good bed for sure. When you go on vacation, you want a great bed.

Sandy Toes was awesome for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids)! The condo is beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. The patio looks out onto the circle and Lisabella's. A couple of nights there was live music which was of course a little noisy if you want to go to bed early, but never went past 9p/10p. Location was great...walking distance to Market, Dylan's, Dune Pool and a quick ride down the street to the boardwalk to the beach. Loved our stay at Sandy Toes!

The best beach in Texas!! We will be back many times with friends & family. Sandy Toes was just right for the 4 of us. We had everything we needed & location was the best especially the fact that it was on the bottom floor with easy access in & out!

Property was clean and appeared to be recently updated. Very spacious with much natural light. Within walking distance to the beach, management office, Dylan’s, and Lisabella’s.
Although we didn’t sleep in the Queen bedroom, it should be noted that the windows faced unit elevator and back entrance walkway, so blinds needed to be closed at all times.
Management was very courteous and accommodating.
Cinnamon Shore is a wonderful getaway location!

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Some kitchen towels and pot holders would have been helpful. Loved the chairs and patio set-up at the Sandy Toes TC1102. Rented a golf cart from Top Deck on property which was awesome. Staff was very friendly. Great place to stay.

Perfect location - short drive to town. Everything was available to use (pool, beach chairs, bikes, etc). Clean comfortable beach.

Sandy Toes was just as it appeared in it's pictures. Beautifully decorated and very inviting. It featured a full kitchen and full size appliances, a king size bed, a queen size bed, and two full bathrooms. The walk to the beach was very short (about 3 minutes) and one of the pools was across the street. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas from Cinnamon Shore, and the prices were very reasonable. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great until time to sleep. The exterior common lighting is very bright and the windows have very little ability to screen out the light even in the master bedroom. Fix that and it is an A plus!

The only part that was misleading when booking was the property golf cart to take vacationers around. Not nearly available as promised when booking. We ended up renting a cart from in town due to the added convenience with small kids. This should be explained better up front.
