This house is fantastic! Fully stocked, neatly and nicely maintained and in the perfect location. It sits directly next to a park filled with games, like corn hole, which is super convenient if you have teenagers. And don’t let it scare you away—never noisy or crowded—it’s like a personal playground. It also appears to be in the middle of the community so it seems equidistant to pools, town center and entrance to beach. We rented a golf cart—would not come to Cinnamon Shores without one. The layout worked perfectly for our family of teenagers. It was also fully stocked—kitchen, beach towels and games. Would definitely rent this house again.

My family had a wonderful time during our visit. The house was clean and spacious. Its location next to the yard games was perfect for the kids. The deck facing the lake was a great spot to watch the birds and the fish jump out of the water. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we can't wait to come back and create more family memories!

Comfortable well appointed house. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking both Lake Colby and the games park. Having both a downstairs and an upstairs living room worked well for our crew so different groups could socialize together or apart. Fun times. 10/10 would recommend See Ya!

Our stay was Great! The staff was very accommodating from check in to the beach we barley had to lift a finger! Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. The house was nice, spacious and clean and in a great location.

First time to Port A and loved everything except the weather as it was a bit cold. We still enjoyed everything from the golf carts - s’mores nights - move night and the house. Perfect for a large family and everyone had plenty of space. We will be back .

Overall the house was great! Plenty of room to sleep. The bunk room was awesome! Location was right on the lake so evening cocktails on the balcony was a bonus. This home is perfect for families that have a lot of kids traveling with them. Staff was very friendly. Golf cart service was on point. See y’all next year!

We rented this house for the week with 2 families for a total of 4 adults and 5 kids and there was MORE than enough space. The house was very well equipped with all the right stuff and there was space for every one to have their space and enjoy their stay. We will be back again!

The house was very clean with very nice and comfortable furniture and comfortable beds! Great location next to the pond and games. We loved the house and plan to visit again.

Our grandkids enjoyed their after Christmas stay playing games, riding bikes and grandson and his friend enjoyed fishing.
They look forward to spending their Spring Break at Cinnamon Shore again!

We stayed in Sea Ya' over Thanksgiving week with our 5 year old daughter and my parents. First of all, the Management Staff was AMAZING on having this rental ready early for us and did a great job on accommodating our every request and question. The location of this home is superb, being right next to the lake for fishing and next to outdoor games. The interior layout was fabulous with the first floor being perfect for our family, including kitchenette, since we sleep later, and the 2nd floor with kitchen and master for my parents who rise much earlier. My daughter used the 3rd floor bath and love it up there but didn't spend as much time as anticipated since the TV did not work on the 3rd floor and maintenance could not fix it while we were there. No worries...there were 5 other tv's in the house. We loved that this house has so many porches and outdoor spaces to relax. If one side of the house was windy or too sunny, we just moved to a different porch. It was very well planned out. The house was clean. The beds very comfortable. I would say that the comforters/decorative pillows on the king beds and 2nd floor couch/chairs are showing some wear and could use replacement soon, but it didn't detract from our stay. Great home and highly recommend!

This was a fabulous house, spacious,and just all around lovely. We came with 6 kids and 5 adults and we had plenty of room. Loved the deck off the master bedroom at night it was breezing and great place to sit after a long day at the beach. The location was perfect!!!! We would definitely come back to this place/home! Thank you for giving us a great Covid escape!

We have stayed here the last two years and it is perfect for to families that are friends to be under one roof enjoying time together! The number of beds exceeds what we need (13, mostly kids), but it is perfectly set up for our families. I hope to be able to rent this house as our families continue vacationing together every year. Consistency is a wonderful thing!

Sea Ya was the perfect house for your two families. The master bath was big and spacious. The downstairs provided ample room for one family and the third floor bunk was clutch for extra space and an extra bathroom! We enjoyed the various porches at different times of day. The location was great for the pond to fish for our little boys!

We celebrated our youngest 13th birthday with a group of her closest friends. As usual, Cinnamon Shore provided a perfect experience for us- house was amazing and spotless; all staff were wonderful. We are excited to see the market and bottle shop will open soon. Dylan’s is a great addition too. Can’t wait to return for thanksgiving ❤️

Loved it!!!!!!! Rented the house for almost a month and the staff was super to work with. We had different families come in all month long that work for our Law Firm. The staff was excellent to help coordinate each and every stay. Each family that came with our company had a fabulous time and created lost of memories.

This house was perfect for two families. House has a great layout and was fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay. Very comfortable and well maintained. Highly recommended for two families with multiple kids. I would give the house 5 stars for sure and I'm only giving our overall stay 4 stars due to the fact that neither of the two property pools were heated for swimming. Although we had been told that one of them would be heated when we inquired during our stay we were told that the heater on the Dunes pool wasn't really good enough to heat it. Having been to other places during spring break where swimming can be an issue, we had specifically asked before and told one pool would be heated. We felt like the sales office was somewhat misleading in telling us that one pool would be heated, so for that reason, I'm not sure we would return during spring break again.

This house was amazing. We had five adults and three children. Each family had their own floor. The bunk bed room was a big hit. The pool was perfect for our young kids and the food at the pool cafe was excellent, not your typical pool food. We also enjoyed the six person golf cart. Sea Ya comes complete with everything you will need to enjoy your vacation. We definitely will be back. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had 9 adults and 6 kids. The floor plan was great and never did we feel like we were crammed into a space. Had a great time and def will be back.

This home was awesome! We really enjoyed our stay! The beds were all so comfortable, even the bunk beds. The decor is fun and relaxing and the kitchen was perfect for our needs. We cooked breakfast and dinner each day of our stay and really appreciated the quality of the kitchen supplies. The ice machine was a big hit! Thank you so much for making our stay so relaxing and easy! We'll definitely be back!!!

We have been coming to CS for years & each year it gets better! With a choice of pools, a fully stocked home (even for bakers and chefs), considerate layout for multifamily sleeping arrangements, wonderful view from every window, fabulous finish out! Just a really yummy house. ; ) see you next year! Jennifer, u r the best. ; ]

My family loved this place!! It was the perfect vacation home for large or multiple families. There was plenty of room for the kids to relax in their own area when they weren't on the beach or fishing off the pier right by the rental. The adults loved it because it had every modern convenience we could ask for and then some. We especially liked the fact that after a long day, the adults could enjoy our space away from the kids to watch tv, play cards, or just sitting around and relaxing on the deck overlooking the large fishing pond.
The kids absolutely loved their space down stairs on the first floor and up in the third floor bunkroom.
I never thought that we could find a place of this caliber that could handle our group of 10 kids and four adults in such an elegant, relaxing and PEACEFUL environment. We are telling everyone we know about this place and WE WILL BE BACK!!!!
