Convenient Coastline Grill within the Family Pool offers casual poolside drinks and a family-friendly menu. Parks beckon with green space and playscapes, while multiple lakes are dotted with piers and fishing pavilions. Visit the new Seascape Sport Courts for pickle ball and basket ball. SLEEPING QUARTERS: Seas and Sunsets features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom for added comfort and privacy. The home includes two king bedrooms and one queen bedroom, along with flexible sleeping arrangements that comfortably accommodate larger families and groups.
A favorite feature among guests is the third-floor bunk room and hangout space, offering eight twin beds and a fun retreat where kids and teens can gather, play, and make lasting memories together. The primary suite features two private balconies, creating a peaceful escape to enjoy quiet mornings and coastal breezes.
Additional sleeping is available on two sleeper sofas, providing even more flexibility for larger groups.

Getting Around — North & South:
Cinnamon Shore South and Cinnamon Shore North are located approximately 1.5 miles apart. Guests staying at one community will need to drive to access the other's amenities.
