Shore House is a gorgeous, 4 bedroom home has great views of Lake Colby, making it easy to fish right from your back porch. The first floor has a fun bunk room with 1 set of twin/twin bunks and a single twin/pull out twin trundle. The private bathroom makes it easy for kids to wash the sand off after spending all day at the beach. The private, 1st floor master with a comfy king is nestled in the back of the home with a private deck to enjoy the sunsets over the lake and a walk in shower in the private bathroom. The 2nd floor has an open living and kitchen concept so the whole family can enjoy cooking together. The dining has breathtaking views of the lake and makes dinner with the family even more special. To make things easy getting from the 1st floor to 2nd, take the elevator or throw your groceries in and send them on up. (Elevator does not reach the 3rd floor.) The third floor master bedroom has plenty of room and a nice little coffee nook. Take that coffee through the large bathroom and you have a private deck with gulf water views for the sunrise; the perfect spot for your morning cup of joe.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.
Shore House is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering Shore House the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.
There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
