Great rental for our family of four. Enough space, centrally located, clean, with some furniture just needing normal tightening due to normal wear and tear. Would book this condo on our next stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sit Back & Relax condo. We loved it so much that this is our second time to stay at this condo. The condo was clean and met all of our expectations. We really enjoyed being in the center of the Town Center. It's close to all the restaurants and movie night.

The condo was beautiful. It was decorated very nice and had all the amenities you would need. Unfortunately the people above us were very loud and you could hear them walking all throughout the day. Sounded more like stomping (little kids?). Luckily it didn’t last past 9pm or so so it didn’t affect our sleep. It’s located right in the town center so everything was very close (food,etc). Beach was just a short walk. Def recommend renting a golf cart to get around. It’s fun and part of the overall experience. We will be back but probably stay closer to the water away from all the hustle and bustle.

As always our stay at Cinnamon Shores was very good as always. The condo Sit Back and Relax is very nice. We did encounter one issue. We were on the first floor, and there is very little to muffle noise is someone is staying above. Unfortunately for our last two days there was a small child that constantly ran back and forth across the condo above us. This was very noisy and annoying. We will see you next May!

We are returning CS guests. We searched for a pet friendly location on May date & found Sit Back & Relax this time. It was perfect for us !!! It was spotless & so well maintained & furnished. We couldn't have been more comfortable or pleased. Thank you to the Owners for providing such a wonderful vacation home for us& others. We already recommend CS to our friends & now we know this particular property is ideal. We will return.

Our family of 3 enjoyed this vacation rental. It is very nicely appointed with everything you need for your vacation. Nicely furnished and very clean. The owners did switch the primary and secondary bedrooms to accommodate a larger bunk room, so the primary bedroom is tight with no dresser for clothes. We had to put our clothes in a basket. I personally would switch the rooms back so that the primary bedroom has more room and the nicer bathroom.

I stayed at Cinnamon Shore for 6 nights in Sit Back & Relax. Everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. The property is light and bright with nice beach vibe design touches and every amenity one could possibly need. Traveling with my mother made the ability to access the beach using the cool beach cart was priceless. We also rented chairs and umbrellas that made spending time on the beach comfortable and effortless. On one morning, we traveled up to a local beach front restaurant in Port Aransas and enjoyed the rustic beach vibe reminiscent of the good old days. The community has beautiful homes with lovely architectural and landscaping designs. The property is very well cared for, clean and safe. Overall, it could not have been more perfect.

Our family of four enjoyed staying at “Sit Back and Relax”. It was the perfect getaway for the weekend. We loved how close it was to the circle. It was also a nice quick walk to the beach and pools.
We tried to rent a golf cart the day after arriving, but unfortunately they only do a 2 day minimum for rentals and by then we only had one more day. Keep that in mind in case you’re wanting to rent a golf cart.

5 night stay in this condo was great. Had a glitch with TV but staff was very responsive and fixed it. No problems at all. Great location

The property was exactly as advertised and perfect for our 3-day visit. Close to the evening action on the green - movies and music - plus the restaurants. The beach was a short golf cart ride away. Kids had an outstanding time.

Our good puppy dog was so happy to come with us to the beach! Thank you for offering so many pet friendly rentals that don’t lack in cleanliness and amenities! This condo is also a great use of space ... The kitchen, dining, and living areas had plenty of room for several people! And our kids *loved* having their own beds with the full size bunk and a 3rd trundle! The restaurants are superb, and the 15 min golf cart ride to town via the beach road has the prettiest view around! Thank you, Port A and Cinnamon Shore!

We stayed at Sit Back & Relax for a long weekend getaway and couldn't have been more pleased with the location and cleanliness of this condo. We brought our small dog (13 lbs) and our 2.5 yo son and felt like we had everything we needed. Even though we stayed right on Social Circle, the noise didn't bother our son from sleeping and it was nice to be so close to activities and dining options. We cooked most meals in, but did enjoy some pizza at Dylan's while we watched the band play on the lawn. We didn't rent a golf cart and ended up being just fine with our wagon getting to/from the beach and pools. For the most part, everyone at CS followed social distancing and we felt safe during our entire stay. Would definitely rent this condo again!

Our rental was clean and conveniently located near the Market and Dylan’s Pizza and the beach road. A golf cart is key to making your way around too. Loved our beach delivery from the C Restaurant. It was quick and the food was hot and tasty.

Family of 4 kids stayed comfortably in a condo. Had lunch delivered to us on the beach. Small pick-up on last day when we reserved umbrella and chairs but they weren't put yet....but they were extremely busy with labor day weekend. Overall great experience! Will return and snout go to place for the TX beach!

The condo was comfortable for our family of 2 adults and one toddler. It was very clean and central to many of the Cinnamon Shore activities. Would stay here again.

It has been 5 years since our last visit to the area and it was wonderful to be back! The development and service have improved and we had a wonderful time! Our children loved the sand castle building, movies and smores! We really appreciated the attentive staff on the beach when the high tide was in and his recommendations on how far out our children should be in the water.

My wife and I visited CS 15-18 February 2019. We had a good visit despite the weather which was foggy until the 17th! All of our needs were accommodated by the team a CS. Where we stayed was very nice, clean, comfortable. This was our first visit but will not be our last!
