540 South Shore is a nice little condo. Clean and well furnished and suitable for a small family. The location on the lake is nice. There is no view of the beach and none was promised. There is a nice adult pool as well as a really cool family pool. Get a golf cart and go to the beach. Quick and easy.

We had a great time at cinnamon shores. We were staying on the South side but made several trips to the North shore also. We found both sites very appealing. Loved our cottage. The interior design was inviting and the location was perfect. Will stay a little longer next time. We C loved the atmosphere of cinnamon shores!

We had a great stay here - perfect for 2 or even a family of 4. Can't beat location with close proximity to beach and great view overlooking the lake. It is truly a unique property at Cinnamon Shore!

Serene and Beautiful Cottage. The views of the Lake from downstairs and upstairs are lovely and peaceful. Loved having coffee on patio every morning. Easy access to beach boardwalk and pools. The cottage was impeccably clean. To note: no closet but plenty of places to store belongings. We love CS and have been vacationing in this community for over 7 years ,this property you will absolutely love, it is a new favorite for us.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay! This cottage overlooks a scenic pond full of visiting shorebirds and is minutes away from the nicest section of sand on Mustang Island. Our cottage was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The hosts made the extra effort to provide deluxe mattresses! We highly recommend this cottage and will stay here again on our next trip to Cinnamon Shore South!

Perfect for our family of four (2 adults/2 kids-5/7) and just as described. The twin beds in the master are perfect for kids so you can still have the downstairs when they go to bed. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed, plenty of seating in the living room and the chairs on the porch were perfect to watch the kids fish. Golf cart service was super easy and was there when we arrived. Pool and beach were a quick gold ride away. The construction was not noisy early or late in the day and didn’t bother us at all. 5 stars and would definitely go back!

This lakeside cottage is just fantastic. The building itself is beautiful and location is so cool. The unit is extremely well decorated and the furnishings are really comfortable, especially the chairs and the bed. One of the best equipped kitchens I've ever seen at a vacation rentals. we enjoyed cooking and dining with a water view, so if you think cooking is fun and relaxing this is great spot. The master bath is awesome. Just a good time in a great place. The Cinnamon Shores ameneties just make the experience that much better.

Both me and my Fiancé work retail and the hustle and bustle has been none stop and only going to be more intense with the holidays coming up! That being said we always take a week in October to reboot. Cinnamon Shore was the perfect spot to do it! The service was great, the cottage was beautiful and the resort feel was phenomenal! The pizzeria had really good food and margaritas! The Cafe by the pool also had good food. We rented a golf cart (super easy they dropped it off to us early) and we were able to ride into town as well as up and down the coast on the beach. The pools were pristine and the scenery was breath taking! We had some really nice pics of the sunsetting. We are definitely coming back!!!

The location of the cottage was just the best! You feel like you are floating on water when lounging on the twin beds upstairs or sitting on the couch downstairs. The kids fed the fish and ducks from the patio, and we ate a steak dinner upstairs on the balcony in the evening as the sun set and it was so gorgeous. This is our new favorite cottage at Cinnamon Shore! I thought the construction at South would be a deterrent, but all the construction in this area is done and all other is so far you can’t hear it. The discount because of it was just a bonus. The walkway along the lake went straight to the giant pool and was so convenient and scenic. My family of 4 will be back soon to Life is Good Today, guaranteed!

Our experience at the “Life is Good Today” cottage was awesome. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but the only drawback that we were not allowed to check-in at 4:00. Our property wasn’t ready until well after 6pm, so waiting those two hours with eager kids was rough, but other than that one negative, the rest of our time in this cottage was great. It was clean and gorgeous!
