Wonderful little townhouse just off the main square. Well kept and decorated, perfect for a small family.

Loved staying in this house. Darling and right next to pizza shop, coffee, etc. Quick 5 min walk to beach.

We wanted to get away. Four days at the beach was perfect. The rental was clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

We had a great stay at Summer Breeze with our family of 4! The place is darling and it's in a prime location right next to the main square. I would definitely recommend looking at Summmer Breeze for your next Port A vacay!

Summer Breeze was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. It met our needs and we would return there in a heartbeat. We loved how it was decorated, perfect with the bedroom upstairs and easy access. Wonderful

This rental was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and all the details like plenty of towels, beach towels and paper goods were thought of. The upstairs bedroom was huge and a great space. The only downside is that if you use the sleeper sofa which we did it cuts off access to the whole downstairs. It is very tight you have to step over the bed to get through to the kitchen. Other than that one thing we loved it. The location was great and the first floor entry was very convenient.

Our stay at Cinnamon Shore, in Summer Breeze TC 4103, was amazing and so relaxing! Cinnamon Shore community is super nice, has convenient access to the beach, with restaurants, market, pools, walkable streets, and very family friendly. We enjoyed Dylan's Pizza and the gift shop, walking around the neighborhood, and enjoying the quiet beach. Our townhome was really nice, clean, perfect size, nicely decorated, convenient location - it had it all! We will definitely be returning to Cinnamon Shore for future weekend getaways!

Summer Breeze was very cozy and comfy for 2 people. The decor and furnishings were just like I have at home and that is what I want when I go stay somewhere.

We had a wonderful stay at Summer Breeze! The location was ideal with activities and our fave pool right next to us and the golf cart ride to the beach and around the property was a blast! The size of the rental is perfect for a family of four. Highly rec and can't wait to come back!

It was the perfect getaway. The home was well appointed and so comfortable. We were able to relax and enjoy the many amenities at Cinnamon Shore from the delicious dinners, the great service at the coffee shop, chairs by the beach and an evening bonfire. We can't wait to book our next trip.

My husband and I stayed three nights in this very clean and modern unit. The decor was beautiful and the bed comfortable. It is very convenient to everything including a market. Quiet at night and beach was very nice.

We are first timers to Cinnamon Shore, and after this we will definitely be back. This townhome fit our family of 4 perfectly and is SO convenient to all the amenities. The heated pool is steps away, live music is steps away (or movie night), Dylan's is around the corner and the beach is a short walk. The townhome is JUST like the pics, except you cannot appreciate the ceiling heights (only in person) and it feels very spacious. Our son loved sleeping "under the stairs" the whole trip. All beds were cozy, and plenty of linens. This felt like a true get away :)

We had a four day weekend and loved the house and the resort. The house is in pristine condition and I noted that everything in the kitchen felt new and fresh. The resort had outdoor games of cornhole and ball toss and we enjoyed them several times. This house is a 5 minute walk to the beach. I would stay here again. We had a minor issue with the thermostat and the property manager and homeowners addressed it immediately! It doesn't say it on the amenity list but they do have Netflix - another bonus!

Location was great! Place was super nice and efficiently set up. Complex had more amenities than I've ever seen in a place in Port Aransas. The heated pool right next to the condo was a huge hit.
Two little weird things about the place though- It has a ring doorbell on it which seemed odd. The thermostat was off temperature and would reset itself every couple of hours which made it hot inside while we were trying to sleep.

Summer Breeze had all we needed for our beach vacation. The high ceilings and second floor gives it a spacious feel. We enjoyed the high end appliances and the 1.5 bathrooms. We would love to stay here again.
