It is our 6th stay at different rental homes in Cinnamon Shore and I have to say this is one of the best equipped kitchens! We didn’t need to look for anything because we found it in the house! Coffee makers, toaster ovens, pot/pans, thermometer, lemon squeezer...you name it, they had it! We always try to cook all our meals when on vacation at Cinnamon Shore and this house was perfect for that. Also, the decor was beautiful, rooms were comfy. Overall another great stay!

We loved the house! Loved how all the bedrooms were on the first floor and the living area and kitchen were on the second floor. Great balconies on both sides! Also loved that the kids room didn’t have windows so they slept longer with how dark it was! Bonus for parents with young kids!

A perfect stay at Sunset Bay! We loved Cinnamon Shore and all they had to offer. The house is beautiful and well stocked. My family of 5 plus a set of grandparents, we were all comfortable and the golf carts are a must. The market and restaurants on property were fantastic. It's a family friendly place and everyone is kind. No issues with noise late at night or early morning. Even with construction happening, it was peaceful. We didn't want to leave!! We will for sure be coming back to stay again.

We had a great time at Sunset Bay. Would definitely recommend! This home is spacious, open and full of light. It had everything our group of 5 (3 adults & 2 kids) needed. Every bedroom has a TV, bathrooms are stocked with tons of towels and the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of basics. The owners also include beach towels and there were plenty of places to hang towels and swimsuits to dry after a day on the beach. We will be back!

We had a great stay at Sunset Bay 111 ST. We combined a long weekend with kids and grand kids and a bike ride around the bay. The Cinnamon Shore Rentals are almost mid way on the ride so the bonus was a brief pit stop on the ride. The property management was genuinely interested and helpful with our needs, nothing was lacking.The property was in excellent condition and made our stay most comfortable. I would recommend this property to friends and already have. The golf carts were an important part of getting to and from the beach, wouldn't try to do without them!

2021 has been such a unique year, to say the least. My husband and I wanted to be able to take a trip with our two children and their grandparents and feel like we had truly escaped without traveling out of Texas. We had the best time visiting on the patio during lunch while the cool beach breeze blew through. This rental had everything we needed and if for any reason we did need something, The C Market was just down the road. For a larger group, we did not have any issues with needing additional seating or anything. This space was truly an escape and we cannot wait to go back! We loved our time at Sunset Bay!

Our family of 3 adults and 2 kids had a great week at Cinnamon Shore’s 111 Stillwater Dr. The space was perfect for us to be together and also have our own space. This house was furnished and stocked so nicely! It had more than you’d expect for a rental in terms of paper goods, kitchen supplies, cleaning items, appliances, etc. We loved the property and would definitely select it again.

We loved everything about our vacation experience at Cinnamon Shores and the house did not disappoint us either. We rented a house in Water Color Florida last year and had a great stay there also. Comparing the two homes (Water Color & Cinnamon Shore) I rate Cinnamon Shore higher when you consider ALL the factors.

We had a lovely stay at Sunset Bay 111ST. The property was well stocked. The kitchen was a delight to cook in with everything at your fingertips. It was just the perfect place for us at this time. I would caution if you have little ones in your group and they are up early and others sleep in you can hear everyone walking above you. I personally loved all sleeping down and the living upstairs. Not a negative thing to say about this place. I definitely would stay here again. Five stars from Austin.

This property was well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. it had four patios with great furniture on each. Kitchen and family area were upstairs. Enjoyed the puzzles. Provided lots of beach towels. Lots of storage space. Close to the small pool. Would definitely come back here.

The place is immaculate. All kitchenware you could need is there. We watched the sun setting into the Corpus Christi bay off the back porch every night. Living room and kitchen is very bright and sunny.

We enjoyed our stay at cinnamon shores in the sunset bay property. It was clean and well appointed. During our stay we ate at both restaurants on the property. The food was great as was the service. Everyone was friendly and professional.

It was perfect! Cinnamon shores was the perfect place to bring small children, so kid friendly. The house was perfect too. Kids had a blast sleeping in the bunk beds. Only recommendation is to reverse the shower hook in the back bathroom. Its a curved hook but its facing the wrong way so the shower feels really small even though its a big tub.

Sunset Bay at Cinnamon Shore made a perfect long weekend get-away for our 2 families (2 couples, 2 tweens). The house is laid out in such a way that it was easy to have downstairs quiet & privacy when we wanted, or a large gathering all together in the upstairs great room. The kitchen was fantastic with every tool or gadget we'd need to feed the whole family - no need to bring your own knives or small specialty appliances. All of the furniture was comfortable whether for sleeping or lounging and the other amenities were just as good or better than what we have at home. Sunsets off the bay side balcony - beautiful! We used the free golf cart shuttle service each day, so we didn't even need to get sand in our vehicles or pick up a beach parking sticker. The easy access to Lisabella's, 3 different pools, and C Bar Cafe made driving altogether unnecessary. Our only complaint was about the relentless aggressive mosquitos around the back porch parking and outdoor shower - bring your own DEET or you'll be eaten alive, lol. We quickly learned to use the boardwalk and/or pool showers if we wanted to remove the sand before heading into the house.

My family had the best time celebrating Mother's Day and my daughter's birthday in this beautiful home in Port A! The house was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were laid out very nicely also. We will definitely try to get this house again on future vacations!

Cinnamon Shore Rentals provided friendly staff to assist us with our rental. They helped us schedule our bonfire and s'mores night, golf cart rentals, and provided restaurant recommendations around town. The property looks amazing after surviving Hurricane Harvey.

We absolutely loved the Sunset Bay rental at Cinnamon Shores! The style and layout was gorgeous; I could have moved right in! It was large for a family of four, but we loved having all the room. The open floorplan of the kitchen and living area was perfect for us. Although we went in the winter, and it was cool and even cold on the beach, it was a perfect getaway. We loved having the ability to rent a golf cart and get around so easily, and the kids loved going to the heated pool each day after the beach. The villa was very clean, had all the amenities in the kitchen, towels and beach towels in the bath and bedrooms, and very comfortable furniture and beds. We loved the deep tub too! I'd definitely recommend it to a friend and would love to go back again!

We loved how everything was taken care of. Comfortable sheets and towels. Love having coffee a fresh sponge and detergent.
One suggestion would be to warn that pool cafe is closed until summer. We were planning on dinner there. Maybe more delivery suggestions

Perfect 3rd stay and exceptional October weather! Our family of 4 loved the house. My wife and I enjoyed having our coffee and wine from the from the front balcony. We used the grill daily for meals and our kids loved the bunk room. We always enjoy the great resort style amenities and convenient beach access with complimentary golf cart pickups from the house and chairs.

This was my first time to Port A and Cinnamon Shores. I was blown away by the "resort" type environment and the beautiful community. The employees were very helpful. It was such a family friendly environment. This has become my new favorite Texas beach destination.

It was excellent! The community, beach and ameneties were all top notch. We loved the house, it was the perfect size for us, plus it was beautiful and had everything we needed. We came prepared for a rainy week and didn't even need to bring all the board games or dvds as the house was well stocked for all ages. Thanks again for an amazing week, we are sure to return!

We had a really wonderful week in Sunset Bay 24...thank you to the owners and Cinnamon Shores for this special house - Everything could not have been more organized and easy to use! The house decor suited us because it's fun, beautiful, and functional. The upstairs level is the perfect setting for big family dinners, games, drinks on the front porch, late night movies. Lots of airy space! The downstairs bedrooms are situated to maximize quiet and privacy. We really loved everything. Sunsets are a treat every night off the back deck. Thanks again. Really want to come back and rent this house again!

We had a wonderful stay at CS with our two boys (ages 3 and 7 months) and grandparents (4 adults, 2 kids). We rented a golf cart, which was key since this unit is located pretty far from the beach and pools. With little ones in tow, it was worth its weight in gold. The pools and beach were well maintained & super clean. Overall, all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay & vacation. A few opportunities for improvement would be minor repairs needed at the beach house (garbage disposal not working, vent-a-hood missing above stove, gas grill not working well, porch swing rope about to break, etc). The high chair & pack 'n play that we borrowed from the CS office were also very well-worn, so if that's an issue for you I suggest bringing your own. Lastly, there was a smoke smell in the home even though it was advertised as non-smoking. My husband saw cigarette butts outside, so we suspect someone who stayed there before us did not follow the rules. We had to re-wash all of our clothes upon arrival home b/c they reeked of smoke. :/ The maid service prior to check in left a little to be desired as well (hair on the floor, had to re-clean tubs/showers, etc). There was also an issue with the windows in one of the king bedrooms - there were no coverings on them & there was a clear view inside from the neighboring home's balcony. Overall we enjoyed all of the space for our family & the many amenities that CS has to offer. We look forward to returning in the future!

This was our first trip to Port Aransas. We have typically gone to SPI and prior to children we would go to St. Maartins. I was pleased with the beach. The sand was nice, no seaweed and very few jellyfish. The house was very nice but it was a LONG ways from the beach, so that made it impossible to lug everything down each day without renting the golf cart. There was 8 of us, three children under 6 years and 2 adults over 70 years old. The golf cart rentals are very high as is chair and umbrella rentals. It would seem much more reasonable to have chairs and umbrellas as part of the house expenses, since this house cost was more expensive than the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house we rent in St. Maartins (which does have all the beach supplies). The main office staff were very nice and easy to work with. The first morning we tried to make coffee and noticed the coffee pot lid was missing. We looked and looked and did not find it. They brought us a new coffee pot later that day. Later in the week we found the coffee pot lid in the bottom of the dishwasher :) The house was clean upon our arrival, but definately smelled of bug spray. We did have several roaches and water bugs in the house throughout the week, so it made sense that we smelled bug spray on arrival. Unfortunately, the mosquitos were horrible and prevented anyone from enjoying the porches on the front and back of the house. The kids were locked up inside all week, when not at the beach. Even walking to the golf cart in the mornings to get to the beach the kids were eaten alive - huge welps on their necks. All in all the week experience was good but we are not planning on returning to Cinnamon Shore next year due to the expense and bugs.

It was our first time to Cinnamon Shore, and we had a great time. Sunset Bay #24 was the absolute best thing about the trip - beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we could ever need. We had 4 adults and 4 children (5 yrs and younger). The house literally has everything you could need - towels galore, TVS with DVRs in every room, super comfy beds, and a perfectly stocked kitchen. The house is about as far as you can get in the complex from the beach, but we rented a golf cart, so it was not a big deal. The pools are nice too. Overall great experience. Highly recommend this for families.

We have stayed at Cinnamon Shores abt 6 years and have always enjoyed the lovely, very clean and comfortable rental homes. The property is always clean and manicured; the pools are also well maintained; the management comes quickly if needed for repairs or service calls; the rates are reasonable, as well. There is now a golf cart rental and beach umbrella/chair rental place ON property. Its a great place to enjoy with families and friends!

The house was spotless and nicely furnished. Needed a baby gate and pack and play for the baby. They not only brought these items but also brought a high chair even though we forgot to request it. Very thoughtful management personnel. What a nice home for a coastal vacation.

Beautiful home with everything we needed for a great stay. The weather wasn't warm, which was too bad, because we would have loved to spend time on the decks. We had thought the house would be closer to the beach, but it didn't matter, really. We enjoyed going to Lisabella's for dinner and exploring Port Aransas.

This was our first time visiting Cinnamon Shore and it did not disappoint! The house was beautiful, bright and welcoming, equipped with everything we could imagine. Games for kids, cooking needs, coffee maker, comfortable couch and chairs, hooks for towels and suits everywhere in the house, plenty of towels, extra sheets and a dining table that accommodated our group of 9. A pack and play and baby gate for the stairs was provided in advance for my 18 month old nephew.
We were celebrating my parent's 50th wedding anniversary and the golf cart taxi service made it easy to get to and from the beach for my dad who has advanced Alzheimer's as did the chair and umbrella rental that got set up on the beach for us daily. The pools were beautiful and it was easy to walk to everything. Our challenge for this family vacation was to find a place that had enough to do for a 6 and 8 year old, was comfortable and easy to get around for a 79 year old with limited mobility, was close enough to the beach to come back and nap an 18 month old, and was visually appealing and generally vacation like for all of us. Cinnamon Shore delivered on all points and it was the perfect family celebration!

We stayed at property #24 for a lovely Beach getaway. There were two families (4 adults, 3 kids) and the home was absolutely perfect. The downstairs bedrooms all had everything we could possibly need. Everything was new/modern and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen and living area were upstairs and had a fantastic open/spacious layout - great for entertaining and family dining. We loved our time there and will absolutely be going back!

We enjoyed the house for four absolutely terrific days. The house is beautiful and was in nearly perfect condition when we arrived. The owners have clearly spent some time making sure that every detail is taken care of which made our stay easy and so comfortable. Of course, the neighborhood, pools, fishing pond and restaurant are all beautiful and gave us a great "change of pace" when we were ready for a break from the beach. In short, we can't recommend this house and Cinnamon Shore enough.
