We loved our stay at the Sunset Regatta. It was the perfect location for our group of 11 with 1 of 3 pools directly across from us and steps away from all of the activities. We were welcomed into a airy, cool, bright and clean home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed for cooking meals and plenty of towels for everyone.
Having direct access via text to management was helpful when needed. We look forward to our next visit and stay at the Sunset Regatta.

The condo was perfect! Kitchen was completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. This was our second trip this summer. Will definitely be back.

We always enjoy our time there and have stayed in this particular house 3 times. We have stayed in numerous other houses at Cinnamon Shore and these owners have gone out of their way to stock the house with the items you need. We did have one large problem this time which prevented us from using one of the three bedrooms. A family of owls had set up shop under the eve on the roof above that bedroom which sounded like a heard of cattle. The owner was very understanding and provided an alternative solution to us not being able to use the bedroom.

We really loved Sunset Regatta! The home and yard is in excellent shape and very well maintained. The location is perfect for the beach and the Dune Pool. Our only concern is there is only one entrance/exit in this house. The back door goes into the garage which understandably is kept locked. But seems a safety issue to me. Great location and great home. Well furnished and plenty of room for my family of 11.

Loved our stay at Sunset Regatta! The house is perfectly situated midway between the beach and town center and across from the pool A beautiful home with interior design that I love. The room layout was perfect for our group and we can envision it for the future with little ones. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you would need, and more! We loved eating outside on the deck, and the evenings we enjoyed games, and trips to the center for ice cream or live music. Beach service was fun - such wonderful customer service down there. Just loved it! Can't wait to come back to Cinnamon shore and the Sunset Regatta.

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities you could ever ask for. The location was perfect for us with a pool right across the street and the beach within an easy walk. Our vacation was truly perfect with one exception which had nothing to do with the home itself. We heard nightly activity we thought was in the attic. Maintenance came right away and assured us there was nothing there. We believe the all night screeching and scratching we heard was actually owls or birds nesting near the roof. My hope is the owner sees this and makes sure they are doing no damage to the property. If they are nesting, perhaps there is a way to keep them from building here next year. We will be back, with earplugs just in case.

Great location and perfect for our family of eight. (5 adults and 3 children.) Management company was quick, efficient, and very friendly. Our only complaints were that there was not a sidewalk from the front of the house to the back carport. Furthermore, access to the carport from inside the house was not available to us as renters. We had a lovely time in this beautiful home.

Last year, my family surprised me for my birthday at Cinnamon Shore. This year, I planned my own birthday AGAIN there! It was January and cold BUT we had the best time! We just love the restaurants, the beach, and our house was just perfect for our family.

Our annual family trip to Cinnamon Shore did not disappoint! Sunset Regatta was a wonderful house and met our needs for everyone (10). Awesome location for afternoon swims in Dune pool and getting to the crossover.
The only complaint we had was that several closets were not available to put our things in as they were owner closets. Most likely that was not thought out when building the home. If you don't mind things stacked up in the kitchen then no biggy. The other inconveniences were not having an elevator, which we knew beforehand, and there was not an access through the house to the back parking to load and unload.
All in all, we would definitely stay there again. The home was beautiful, spaces were great, it was well stocked and again right across the street fro Dune Pool.

Sunset Regatta is so conveniently located, with the pool across the street, the great lawn just steps away, and nearby beach access. With our group of 6 adults and 5 children, we enjoyed all the amenities at the beautiful home, including the spacious outdoor porches and balconies.

Our family of 11 enjoyed our time together at Cinnamon Shores. This was our first time to go there and we will return. Ate at all restaurants, enjoyed the pools, happy to have the use of golf carts to get to and from the beach. Sunset Regatta was the perfect fit for our family and location was superb. Overall - great experience!

We loved our week at Sunset Regatta. The house was very organized and well appointed. Plenty of everything that we needed. Wish there was a Keurig but other than that the kitchen met all our needs. We lacked a pantry but the owner left a section in the kitchen to use for our dry goods. Great location and close to all the activities in Cinnamon Shore! We would rent it again!

This home was just what I was hoping for. It had a great location and view in the community, floor plan was awesome, it was sparkling clean, the decor and quality of furniture, bedding, tv’s and sound system, kitchen items were absolutely top quality. The outdoor patios were also clean and just perfect. The barbecue was a great. We will rent this home again!

This is the second time we have rented this house and we could not be happier. The layout is perfect for either a very large family or two medium sized families. We had 8 people (four in bunk room) and had an extra room left over. The wrap around deck is unique and makes for a great place to have coffee or eat outside.

We were very happy to find a house that would allow us to stay for 4 night this summer. This place is a gem. It is close to the pool, close to the gym and close to the boardwalk. It is "well equipped" for families (although a pantry would be nice), the kitchen otherwise has everything you would need.

The Sunset Regatta was a great family place for us. Had 4 bedrooms that gave each of my children their own room as well as a great master bedroom. It was right across the street from the pool which was nice. Highly recommend this place
