We enjoyed our stay over Labor Day weekend! The house was great! We could not go outside on 3rd floor patio due to wasp nest and wasps flying around, but we reported so hopefully taken care of before next rental. We had plenty of other patios to choose from! We were told we’d have a ramp for my mom in a wheelchair, but Cinnamon Shores changed that policy. My mom did great and was able to take 2 steps to get up to the house. She was able to get around in the house and restroom easily. And there was an elevator!! We loved the kitchen area, but chose to eat out at the restaurants on the grounds. We called ahead and ordered pizzas at Dylan’s ! We had a large order and all was great and easy!! Wonderful staff! We did go to the Luau, but just so hot and long lines for face painting and crafts. We did order food at Tiki Jay’s , which was delicious!!! The staff there were amazing, too!! ( even though they were super busy!) We really loved the golf carts and being able to get around to pools and beach!! I loved seeing all the staff around to help if needed! The best was the text message system if you ever had a question!! I always got an answer!! Love that! Check in and out was very easy too!! Oh, and we loved the ice cream food truck! Long lines but worth it!!!! Cinnamon Shores was a great place for our family vacation!!

Pros:
Great house, good location. 7 adults, 3 children plenty of space and privacy.
Enjoyed the beach, the pools, the selection of eateries and the entertainment in CS and PA.
Cons:
Experienced very poor cell service inside the residence and absolutely zero cell service outside the residence until we were well out of the area.
Gas grill was in pieces and unusable.

We had a great time 306 grand yellow submarine is a perfect place to stay. We will be back; the entire cinnamon shore experience is great and family friendly. We had plenty of room in our beach house. Our house as well as the cinnamon shore community had everything we needed for a great vacation.

306 Grand, “The Yellow Submarine”, exceeded all our expectations. Great layout, lots of room and king sized beds with comfortable mattresses, everything in working order including the gas grill, and great location to beach and pools. Really enjoyed the elevator as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our three adult children, spouses, and two grandchildren. The layout of the house was perfect. The location is ideal with easy beach access and close to the pools and other amenities. Already planning our next stay!

It was wonderful. the home was perfect for our guests and the elevtor was a wonderful amenity for me (83 years Young) Emily is from Austin and this is the third time we have stayed at Cinnamon Shores and it won't be the last!!

As our family has grown in recent years with adult children marrying and having their own children, it can be difficult to find a vacation spot that can accomodate our large crew. However, the Yellow Submarine was the perfect fit. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, and there were multiple inviting communal spaces for us to gather and spend time together. The decor is elegant in a ‘coastal chic’ motif, and the home was furnished with everything we needed. Its prime location on the North Shore gave us easy access to the beach, multiple pools, restaurant, ice cream stand, bar, and large lawn with live music. We didn’t have to leave the resort once in our six day trip! We are grateful for the wonderful stay and are already planning our trip back to the Yellow Submarine next summer.

We’ve stayed in two properties at Cinnamon Shore and the Yellow Submarine was by far our favorite! The decor on the 1st level is eclectic and fun while the 2nd and 3rd stories are a more traditional beachy vibe. The ceilings are super tall and the family room has a huge vaulted ceiling to let in a ton of natural, relaxing light! It’s also very close and convenient to the beach boardwalk and pool.
My only complaints are:
1) the couch and barstools are in desperate need of a deep clean. They have stains from over use and spills.
2) the primary bed on the 2nd floor is super lumpy and in need of a new mattress.
Other than that, this space is awesome! Don’t hesitate booking!
